Chapter 5 - The real Yuuki

Yuuki’s POV

Huh! That will teach you a lesson for messing up with me!

Then I rushed outside the house of the Katsuragi family. When I got home, I saw grandmother rushing at me with a worried face. And she said: “Where did you go? What happened to you?”

“Mom calm down. I have it already settled. But first where is Natsume?”

“Natsume? I told him to wait for you in his room. We were really very worried about you earlier. Let me dream about what happened tonight okay?”

“Okay mom. I will just go to Natsume and tell him I’m alright. Mom have you already let him drink the medicine I made for him?”

“Yes dear. For his eyes were already red violet when I arrived from checking all of our companies.”

“I will go to him now.” Then I rushed to his location.

When I got to Natsume’s room, I saw him already sleeping. Maybe he’s exhausted about what happened. It’s good that mom has the power to control or else!

I am Yuuki Hanazono. My father is Shigeru Hanazono which means excellent and luxuriant while my mother is Amaterasu Hanazono which means goddess who rules the heaven in whole. ama in her name means heaven or sky while terasu means to shine. I have one brother namely, Natsume Katsuragi. My father is a god while my mother is the most powerful vampire in the universe. Pretty complicated love story right? This complications makes Natsume and I half god and half vampire. But because Natsume hasn’t reached the age of 16 yet, he can’t control his vampire instincts much more than I do. That is why I or my mom needs to let him drink the potion I make to let him control his vampire instincts more than usual. This is distributed to every vampire who is not very much in control of their abilities or instincts. But only I can make Natsume’s potion for he is a half god. Unlike the distributed ones which is only for PURE vampires. But my mom said that when I was at Natsume’s age, I just eat a lot of chocolates, candies or anything to chew. And I also show no sign of superpowers. I am just like a normal human girl. And mom also said that I got all my ability exactly at the time I turned sixteen with the exact hour, minute and second. But because they taught I am a once upon a time vampire type, they locked me up in what they call “the-6th-type-control-room”. They locked me in there with so many ~I mean~ SO MANY thick chains with big and thick padlocks made up of all the strong metals in the world!!! There is even the guard outside with tranquillizers and suits that is said to have anti-pheromone stuff. It is like I am in prison but multiplied by trillion more times. Also there is an electric field casted around the corners of the room. And that room is in a center of another room and another room. If you count them, about 30 doors should be opened. And they say that other vampires still escape this prison. Or maybe they have improved my room slash cellar? But there is one thing I thank them, the monitor which I can communicate with my family. Also I thank them for letting me have all those chains in my feet, waist and hands long enough for me to go around the room. And what I really thank them is that they made my room slash cellar colored with pink and I also have my favorite stuffed toys inside. I am about turn sixteen within two minutes now (which I didn’t know for there is no clock inside), but I am here sitting on a pink metal chair still fascinated by how the electronics and other stuff here works. But I never EVER tried to touch it for I am scared to leave my parents alone. Then I looked in the monitor and saw my mom shivering and being comforted by dad. ‘Maybe the time is near.’ I said to myself. Then only five seconds are left until twelve and gripped Sherlie very tight. Sherlie is my big pink teddy bear. She is three-fourths of me. Also I saw the guard look at me very closely this made me close my eyes very tight too. Then the clock outside rang. But nothing happened. Then I heard mom say in the monitor earlier that I was given birth at exactly 7:07 with 7 seconds in the morning. Then after 7 hours and six minutes of wondering and wondering around the room, I finally sat on the pink metal chair. The guard has been changed this time. So I need only one minute and seven seconds more. But I feel very sleepy and hungry. So I asked the guard to give me a big size V-cut. But the spicy barbeque flavored one. I hate non-spicy V-cut. So the other guard gave it to me and I started eating it. There is only seven seconds left and I almost finished eating my V-cut. And I really REALLY feel sleepy. So I slumped to the cute pink couch and slept. But when I slept, it is exactly my 16th birthday! And what is more fascinating is that I had a 5-minute dreamless sleep. When I woke up I can’t feel anything strange with me but when I observed myself closely, I was shocked that I already had my abilities and what’s more is that I already mastered them all! Yeah! Very VERY weird. All of them are shocked too. And they considered me a special type of vampire. But I think its because of my inheritance of mom and dad’s powers. But I don’t wanna stress myself with overthinking about it.
