The drive to the airport was long cold, and hard. Kate face looked sad and scared. I moved over and hugged her until we got to the airport her hair was soft and I could feel the tears dripping down her face her eyes told a story of how she would make things better if I stayed.
"Kate I'll be alright, you don't have to worry."
" I know I'm just worried that you stay there forever and never come back."
" Kate I will always come back to see you I'll come back every holiday we get off." I say as I hop out of the car, I give kisses and goodbyes and watch the car drive away to somewhere far away from me.
I walked into the airport and passed though security and sat in my seat and then the called, "We are starting to board now please start coming now. I got up and grabbed my suitcase and ran now to the plane looking back knowing California not be my home anymore Florida will be my home now as I look back and walk away from the place, the family, the friends I know and love now there is Grandma Grace and that is the only person in Florida that I know.
