"Cuff him take him to the station." says Sheriff Althea. An officer walks over to Jax and snaps the metal cuffs around his wrists tightly. "You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law, you have the right to an attorney if you cannot afford an attorney one will be provided for you." says the police officer cuffing Jax as he escorts him to the backseat of a police car. Sheriff Althea gets into the car and chauffeurs Jax to the Charming Police station.

They arrive at the station, Sheriff Althea places Jax in a holding cell. Sheriff Althea looks at Jax with a look of disdain, as Jax sits on a bed with his head down. "We've been hunting you down for quite a while now and we finally got you, and now I'm gonna bury you, I'm gonna make sure you never step foot out of a prison for the rest of your life. The people you've killed over the last year, the violence you've caused, the lives you've ruined....you deserve to rot in a  cell." Althea says to Jax. Jax lifts his head and looks at Althea, slightly smirking. "You done?" Jax says smugly. "I was ready to die the day my wife was murdered, the reason I killed all those people was because I was lied to by my mother, who told me my wife was murdered by the Triads. But the whole fucking time, it was my own mother who murdered my wife. I have extreme remorse for all the lives I've taken, but I can't be saved I'm too far gone, we both know that." Jax explains to Althea. Althea glares at Jax with a look of pity and sorrow. Jax stands up inside the cell and walks toward the bars wrapping his hands around them. "I'm not using any of this as an excuse, nothing justifies the shit I've done there's too much damage to turn back, if I had a chance to go back in time.......I would've left Charming with my wife when I had the chance." says Jax as he sits back down on the bed. Althea walks away slowly, feeling disturbed by what Jax had said. Jax stares at the white brick wall in front of him, thinking about everything thats just transpired. He knew that there was no way out of the hole he dug, all he could do was wait on the inevitable.
