It was a warm sunny day when the king ruled the land; as far as the eye could see and after that. Everyone felt happy in his presence and a dark cloud would fly over the kingdom, if the king had left. Everyone loved the King. He had glossy, curly hair and the brightest blue eyes anyone could imagine. He used to say about all his adventures, and was an amazing storyteller. The King would go out every morning and spread food to the villagers, he even remembered people's favourite food, and gave it to them if he had it.He truly was the kindest person. After every single conversation, he always called the person 'friend', which was extremely polite to us, as we respected him because he was a King, but he didn't have to respect us. But one day, the king went out and never came back. The whole Village was devastated. We could've all weeped for days but that same day, black knights raided the kingdom and all hell broke loose. People screaming, black knights on horseback, taking everyone they saw under hostage. I for one was lucky, at the edge of the boundary were none saw me.I escaped the eye of the knights. This fact gave me relief, but i remembered growing up in that kingdom, their traditions will stay within my bones. I scarcely abscond unnoticed, but i knew what i would do, i would find my god, i would find the king.
This is where my conquests begins, in the desert, where not a lump or curve reaches over the next. This is going to be hard work, i thought, i wont have to worry about the knights anymore, because they are surely guarding prisoners and raiding homes, no, i had to worry about something far worse. Something that kills painfully. Something that tortures and will make a grown man cry for his mother. Something the villagers call  'the desert demons'.
