Erika Biekerman as Alliah "Ali" Meyers. So pretty.
. . . . . . . . . .

Morning. I got up and do my daily routine. I am really tired but I need to get up for I have a lot of things to do. It's been a week since the last time I dated and went out with Trish. I missed her so badly. Oh by the way, I sang for the school's Halloween party and it was successful.

I stride down the stairs swaying side-by-side. I almost tripped on the last step but I managed to walk and get seated beside Ali.

"Hey! Tell me if you want to dive I will fill the bathtub. But if you want easier getting down the stairs, just shout my name and I will be there. I will gladly push you down the stairs in no time." Ali smiled and winked biting the sausage.

"Nice greeting and you're too early for pissing me off." I pinched her nose.

"Aw! At least I am not violent." She wiped her nose with her hand. "You know I could sue you with that."

"Oh I'm scared!" I feigned being threatened.

"Haha. Very funny." She rolled her eyes. Mom and dad are laughing in our conversation.

Mom breathed. "Okay. You two cut that out for you'll be late if you didn't go now."

Ali and I stood and left as we bid goodbye to them. Outside, Ali turned to me with her arms crossed.

"And as punishment from what you did earlier, you are driving me to school." She took the keys from my hand and seated on the back of the car.

"Hey! You are taking your bike. Its tires aren't flat anymore. So you are going on your own." I motioned for her to get out but still not moving instead she plugged her earphones.

"We're late so you better be driving now." She played on her phone. I look at my wrist watch to see we have 15 minutes left and the ride there is 15 minutes plus I am picking up Trish which is 20 minutes ride.

I rushed to the driver's seat and started the engine. I started to drive and I stopped near Trish's but. . .

"She left already." Her mom answered as I yell.

"Uhh, she commutes to school?" I asked.

"She called a friend to pick her up."

"Who?"

"Alexa."

"Oh. We're gotta go now. Thanks." I drove to school.

"Brother! Don't forget to wait for me! I told mom that I will be coming with you!"

Ali and I ran our way to our respective rooms. Yup. I am 5 minutes late in class. Just damn great. I rushed inside to see that there is no teacher for they are having an hour meeting.

I went to my seat and sighed. I missed Trish. I don't care of being late as long as I see her. But this past few days I noticed she seemed to be avoiding me.

I really need to talk to her. Lunchtime, I went to the cafeteria to try my luck and smiled when I saw her. She is with the same guy from a few days ago. I walked to them.

"Trish can we talk?" I asked.

"Uhm, you see Andy, I am busy." She points to her food and friend.

"Please just a few minutes." I really begged for I want this to happen.

"Fine." She turned to him. "Excuse me and if I didn't come back in a few minutes before the bell rang, you may go to class without me." She picked up her things and followed me to the bleachers. We sat beside each other under the shady tree but not close. It was silent at first. But I broke the silence.
