Annabeth Dean's 5th year at Hogwarts

Everybody lies

I sat in the cabin by myself. Ginny wasn't here yet. I read my book: 30000 ways to defeat evil
I figured I would need it. Just then, the compartment door slid open. My heart leaped, I thought it was Ginny. It was Zuwena Finnegan.
"Hello?" I said.
She just looked around. "That's an interesting book. You'll need it."
I scowled. "Why don't you go torture someone who cares?"
"Filthy little Mudblood!"
"I hate you. You used me as a pawn. You made me believe I was your friend. I liked you, before. You betrayed me. There will be war, and when it comes down to it, I'll be the one to go into one-on-one combat with you!"
She smirked. "I'm not suppose to tell you this, but I really want to see your reaction. The Dark Lord told me that everyone has a target. His is Harry. Dolohov is Granger. Yaxley is Weasley, Alecto is Ginny and yours is Bellatrix. As for Cecilia... She won't fight for her father. Coward. Stupid girl."
I was raged now. "Do NOT talk about Cecilia that way! Showing that she won't fight for him is the most courageous person I know. She should be in Gryffindor."

Ginny and Cece came in.
"Get out, Zuwena." I said.
"One day, you'll know the truth, Annabeth." And with that she left.
I wiped a tear from my cheek.
"Hi, Annabeth! How was your summer?" Ginny asked.
"Great, yours? Cece?"
"Fine." They both answered. "What was with Zuwena?"
"Everybody lies," I replied. "Everything's going to change now, isn't it?"
They both nodded and sat down. I couldn't hold it in anymore, I burst into tears. How could Zuwena do this to me?
