Meeting Adam

~Emmalee POV~

"I guess you're right..." I told Jade. I took my index finger and my thumb and rubbed my eyes until they were dry. The boys came out of the bathroom. They said that Ian's nose didn't look broken, but he wanted to go to the hospital before jumping to conclusions. I took off my skates and sat on the bench, waiting for everyone else to return their skates. I didn't have to, since I brought my own. I was sitting and a boy sat next to me. He has brown eyes and brown hair, which was somewhat emo style. It was my cousin Adam. "Hey dude! What's up?" I said to him energetically. "Oh nothing, just came here cause... I don't know I just got bored." He admitted. "Oh. Heh heh." I said awkwardly. "You'll never gue-" I cut myself off. I just remembered that Adam was a HUGE Smosh fan, so I decided to have a little fun this. I wanted to see his reaction when Ian and Anthony walked up. i glanced over at the place where you return your skates. They were almost done! I had to make a quick move if this was going to work. "What did you say?" He sounded confused. "Uh... Um, er... Ill be back in like, 2 seconds. Close your eyes until I come back! K?" I said quickly. "Okk.....?" He said, sounding even more confused. I left my skates with him and jumped off the bench. I looked at him. He had both hands over his eyes. Perfect. I trust he isn't looking, but oh well. They were starting to walk back. Crap. I ran up to them. Ian stop clenching his nose. Good. "Hey Em, ready-" Ian got cut off by me. I put my hands right in front of them, stopping them. "Shhh... Shh, be quiet!" I whisper-hollered at them. "Why?" Anthony whispered. "Yah see the guy over there with his eyes closed?" They nodded so they didn't interrupt me. "That's my cousin, Adam. He is a really big Smosh fan, and I want you guys to go up and surprise him. Please?" I said sweetly. Anthony looked over to his best friend. Ian was grinning mischievously. Anthony started to smile, too. "Sure, why not?" Anthony said. "K, thanks! Lets go get him!" I whispered encouragingly. I quietly walked over to adam, so he wouldn't notice me. That was easy to do, considering I was only wearing socks. ( And yes, you're allowed to walk around the skate place with just socks on :P ) Ian and Anthony slowly crept behind Adam. "You can open your eyes now..." I whispered warmly to him. He excitedly ripped his hands off his eyes "Final-" Adam looked around the room. "What am I looking for?" He asked me. I looked at the boys out of the corner of my eye, and nodded my head towards them. Luckily, Adam wasn't looking. The Smosh men looked at each other, then tapped Adam on his shoulders. "Boo!" They shouted at the same time. Adam looked back at them, noticing their voices were familiar. He fell off of the bench in shock. He rubbed his eyes while sitting on the floor. Then looked back up at Ian and Anthony. "OMFG YOU'RE FROM SMOSH! OH MY GOODNESS YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!" Adam somehow started screaming over the loud music. "Haha.. Thanks." Ian said. "YOU GUYS DESERVE IT!" He shouted. Adam started to calm down. "Em, how did you find them?" He wondered. "They moved in right down the street from me. I will take you to visit them sometime. If that's ok with you..." I looked up at them. Anthony nodded in agreement. "He seems pretty cool." Anthony said. "You don't even know how much that means to me!!!" Adam exclaimed. "Ahh don't sweat it, man." Anthony said, trying to sound chill. "Where's Jade?" I asked. Ian pointed her out. She was standing over by the race car games, laughing hysterically. "Well, I guess we need to get Ian to the hospital." Anthony said, a little sadness in his voice. "No, no. I'm fine now." Ian said, trying to smile. "It's 10:17," Jade said, finally joining the group and checking her iPod. "And this place closes at 10:30, so we need to leave anyway." Jade told Anthony. Ian sighed, and put on a fake sad face. "But I wanted to have more fun!" Ian pouted. The announcer came on. "Ok guys, here is the final special of the night! The Cupid shuffle and the cha cha slide! Take off you skates, and join everybody in the rink. There is no skating permitted during this time." He said "Well, the nights not over yet!" I said enthusiastically. "Let's go!" Adam shouted. And then we all ran towards the rink.
