i woke up and took a shower,happy today is luke and i's 6 month anniversary(A/N:i don't remember if i've skipped months or weeks before besides when maddie was in the hospital).i changed into skinny jeans,a red shirt that said "keep calm and eat nutella" in grey letters,and grey converse.i put my hair up and grabbed my backpack running downstairs to the kitchen to eat.*at school* i was in class watching a boring documentary about volcanoes and it was pretty dim in the room so other students were texting,playing games,or eating snacks.i felt my phone vibrate in my pocket and i took it out to see it was from luke!as soon as i read the message i regretted it,it said "I'm breaking up with you maddie,don't talk to me" i wiped my eyes before i could cry and continued watching the documentary.as i was at my locker taking some textbooks out to study for the test tomorrow i heard footsteps and quickly got inside thinking it was a techer because i was supposed to be at math not in the halls,it was empty so who else could it be.then i heard luke's familiar voice say something i would never want him to say "i broke up with maddie,now where's my 30$ brandon?" brandon said "alright!here ya' go!but does she know this was all a joke?" he said "nope,not at all" as i heard the footsteps fade away and i tried opening the locker but it was locked.i started crying,because of luke, and after a while i texted emma to come help me.she opened my locker and said "what's wrong?" i told her everything,and as we got back home i went straight to lukes room.i opened the door and saw him on his bed on his ipad.he looked up and did'nt say anything.i sat down in a bean bag chair and said calmly "how'd you get emma and zuri to set us up?" he said "uhh, i told them to do it but not tell you" i said "is this a joke?you told me you loved me?and you lied!" he said "maddie,i do love you!i'm sorry,i-it just started on a dare!" i said "so you never even had feelings for me in the beginning?" he said "no!but i'm sure you did'nt either" i said "yes i did!i fell for you from the start!but now i see you're a complete jerk!how could you play with someone's heart like that!?" he said "i'm sorry!" he got off his bed and grabbed my wrist,but i yanked it away from him quickly.he said his voice cracking "please....." i pushed him away and went to my room slamming the door and went to sleep thinking about how our whole relationship was a lie.
