The Truth hurts

Detention sucks...but the arcade is awesome!

 I woke up and immediately felt sad knowing i had to stay atleast two hours after school,oh well.i got up dragging myself to the bathroom and took a shower.i changed into school 5#(Maddie) - Polyvore and went downstairs to breakfast with everyone.we all went to school and before i exited the car jessie hugged me and said "i'm so sorry,you were just helping that girl" i hugged back and said "it's ok jess,i love you" she said "love ya' too sis!now hurry before you're late for class!" i nodded running into the school and to my boring classes.i groaned as i shut my locker and headed to the library where deteniton was held.as i got in i saw peyton,a few other kids,brandon,luke,and lukes' other two friends.i sat next to emma and mr.armstrong said "i shall be in the teacher's lounge,but if i hear a peep from any of you,you'll be here another 15 minutes!" he left with a book and i leaned the desk closer to emma before saying "so why are you here?" she said "mrs.blandeau does'nt like texting during her french class" i said "why are you learning french?" she said "there's this boy who lives next door to us and he's from france,but he does'nt know alot of english,plus he's really cute" we both laughed and she said "oh wait!" she dug into her backpack and pulled out a pink envelope and handed it to me.she said "every girl in the 6 and 7th grad are coming to our house on saturday for a BIG slumber party!" i laughed and said "i live with you remember?" she said "yeah i know that but this is just to let you know what time and all that" i laughed putting the envelope into my backpack and put my headphones on listening to paramore's "still into you" when i felt something hit the back of my head.sighing,i paused my music and turned around to see a crumpled up piece of notebook paper on the floor.i picked it up un-crumpling it and saw it was from luke.i grinned and looked at him giving him a face that said "seriously?" he nodded and mouthed "read it" he was about 5 tables down so i texted him "um mate,you could'be just texted me" i heard his phone sing "australia"by the jonas brothers since it was pretty loud and his friends laughed while he blushed and opened te text.he replied "oh,well,you wanna go to the arcade after detention?with me and my friends?" i replied a simple "yes" and he smiled at me.*after stupid detention* i told emma to tell jessie where i'd be and who i'd be with.luke,brandon,justin,ryan,and i took a taxi to the arcade near our penthouse and once we walked inside i went to the racing games and played against brandon.i ended up winning and did a victory dance while chanting i won.we had to be at the arcade for hours because once we left it was pretty dark.we all took taxi's to where we lived and i got into one with luke.we went into the lobby and went up the elevator.i said "what time is it?" he said "11" i said "jessie is so gonna kill us" he nodded.the doors opened to our penthouse and we saw jessie on the couch reading a book.she said "you two are in SO much trouble,it's beyond late and-" luke cut her off saying "it was my fault,it was my idea to go to the arcade a-and i lost track of time,i'm sorry" she nodded and said "you two go to your rooms" we both nodded and ran upstairs going to our rooms.i gave luke a hug and kiss before going into my room and going into bed after changing into pajama's.
