Griffin's POV:
From my hiding spot in the shadow I saw a girl chopping down monster after monster. She had dark blue eyes that were almost navy and wore a determined expression. After all the monsters were dead, she rushed towards the tower in the middle of the room. She is trying to get Eros's Pearl! She is trying to remember the past!, I thought, The past is not something to mess with! But I did not stop her. Eros had given me instructions not to stop her. She crawled up the tower with ease. Her hair swaying side to side. I noticed she had, at least, 5 deep scares on her arms.
The Revolution had been hard for the humans and the other creatures among them, but the elves and fairies in Light Hollow and in Dark Hollow hadn't been touched. The Revolution in the human world had been a warning for the elves and fairies. They would be next.
I watched as she reached the top. She grabbed the ledge to pull her self up and slipped. As she plummeted towards the ground, her long, blonde, hair whipped around her. I couldn't let her die ,but I wasn't supposes to get involved. I decided to help her. I gabbed my staff and concentrated on stopping the pull of gravity of the girl. Her body was surrounded by the blue colored light of my magic. Her eyes were as big as 2 full moons after I set her on the ground. I smiled. I handed her my spare shadow teleporting cloak and she smiled back. She opened her mouth ,but I put my finger to my lips. I grabbed her hand and pulled her into the darkness.
