"Luke Hemmings"

I ran over to the doctor. Ashton and Calum followed me. The doctor gave us a sad smile and started to walk towards Luke's room. We got into the room but I stopped as I saw Luke. He was paler than usual and had bruises all over his body. He also had a bunch of cuts scattered all over his face and body. I ran over and sat down next to him on the bed. I ran my thumb over the large cut on his forehead.

"When will he wake up" I asked and looked back down at Luke.

"It's hard to tell" the doctor said. I nodded sadly. Ashton and Calum sat next to me. I heard the door open and saw the doctor leave.

"I feel everyone asks about me because Luke got taken. How are you guys feeling?" I asked them.

"Mike, he's your boyfriend. Course people are gonna ask you about everything. We holding up but you hurt worse than us Michael. You love him. You love us like brothers, but not him. We understand, alright? Do you wanna talk about him?" Calum asked while Ashton rubbed my arm. I nodded and Calum wrapped an arm around my shoulder. Ashton's eyes lit up.

"How do you feel about Luke, Michael? Do you love him?" Ashton asked.

"Do I love him? I'm extremely infatuated with him. He's the light that cure the darkness. He is the love of my life. It might sound crazy because we are young, but I love him with all of my heart. He gets me through the worst of times. He had seen me at my worst times, and yet he still loves me. I can't express how much I love him. I owe him my life. Even when we hated each other. When he saw that I was upset, he asked me if I was okay. And do you know what I'd said? I'd call him some harsh and hurtful name. I feel awful about it. Absolutely terrible. But I love him. I can't get enough of him" I said. I saw Ashton and Calum smiling to something behind me.

"I l-love you to M-mikey" I heard Luke say. I turned around and smiled. I jumped up and gave him a massive hug.

"You're okay! You're not going to die" I yelled. I heard him lightly chuckle and wrap his weak arms around me. I breathed in Luke. Vanilla and Hazelnut. I smiled and felt more arms around me.

"I-I love you g-guys, but I c-can't b-breathe" I heard Luke say. We pulled away and sat on the bed.

"We'll get the doctor" Calum said and Ashton and him walked out of the room. I looked over at Luke and he looked down. I put my fingers under his chin and lifted his head up. He looked at me with sad eyes.

"What's wrong baby" I asked moving closer to him.

"A-at the building, you said t-that you didn't c-care about m-me. Is t-that true?" He asked me. I shook my head quickly.

"Darling, no. I wanted her to think that I left you guys because I need to get you safe. I wanted you to be with me, alive and well" I said hugging him. He hugged me back, careful of the wires connected to his body. I sat next to him and he cuddled into me. I smiled and looked down at him. His eyes were closed and his head was on my chest. My arms wrapped around his waist pulling him close. I kissed his forehead and I saw him smile. I heard the door open and the doctor walked in, Ashton and Calum following him.

"Hello Luke" The doctor said. Luke's eyes opened and he waved. The doctor smiled.

"How are you doing" He asked.

"Good" Luke replied. Luke tapped my leg and I helped him sit up. I saw him wince in pain. The doctor also took notice.

"I'll get you painkillers" he said and walked out. I looked down at Luke, whose eyes were shut again.

"Luke" I said nudging him. His eyes opened slowly. He looked up at me. The doctor came back and gave Luke the painkillers.

"I'm tired" Luke said.

"You will be tired for a little bit. He should get some rest" The doctor said. We nodded. I got off of the bed and looked down at Luke. I kissed him and gave him a hug. The boys followed by hugging him.

"We'll be back tomorrow Lukey. Alright" I said. He nodded and cuddled into the blanket. I saw his eyes close as soon as I shut the door. We walked out of the hospital and to our cars. I opened my door but shut as I saw the mess on the passenger side.

"What's wrong Michael" Calum asked. I pointed to the passenger side and he opened the door. They gasped as they saw it. Luke's blood was covering the seat.

"Michael we'll pick up your car tomorrow. Just cover it with this and get in my car" Ashton said and pulled out a blanket. I covered the blood and got into the back of Ashton's car. I put my head on the window as we pulled out of the parking lot.
