Harry Potter was known as The Boy Who Lived. People thought he was calm, collected, and highly professional after all, being the chosen one. But at the moment, the boy was everything but that. He paced up and down, his anxious strides never breaking. Worrisome thoughts raced through his mind. The dream he had just witnessed seemed all too real.

He woke up from his sleep wide awake drenched in his own sweat. He rushed to the one person who could help him.

He had just got out of Dumbledore's office. He had told the headmaster everything he saw in his dream. The headmaster had pulled something from a drawer and tucked it into the boy's hand. The serene look on the old wizard's face had never faltered, but it was the way he had dismissed Harry. Like the headmaster knew something was terribly wrong.

"Harry! Stop pacing like that, you're making me dizzy," groaned the redheaded Weasley boy. Hermione was about to slap him,but decided against it due to the situation her best friend was in. She had never seen him so shaken up and he didn't tell either of them what was wrong.

But Harry didn't even acknowledge him, he was too busy focusing on his own thoughts and about the slip of parchment Dumbledore had given him. It was the beginning of  his sixth year at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry and it already seemed like a bleak start.

"Harry, please tell us what's wrong," Hermione pleaded. She disliked seeing her friend in such dismay. They were sitting in the Gryffindor common room all by themseleves, the fire from the fireplace filling the room with a slight orange glow.

He silently passed the piece of parchment to her, barely looking up.

A friend, an ally, will soon be met

For as soon as they meet will they be best

Two worlds too close but too far apart

Must beat together as one heart

Both their enemies have become one

Soon they will rise and war will need to be won

Hermione tucked the slip into her bag after reading and headed off to the library. Already determined to find out with it meant. Harry soon followed.
