How it started

The fall

Aaron's POV
I walked out of my room and noticed so of my class mates in shock, then as I was walking down the hall to see Kiki when lily walked out of Mika's room crying, did he dump her? No Mika wouldn't do that. "Hey what wrong" i asked "Mika's Gone" she said in a low whisper.

Lily's POV
After Mika I isolated myself from the rest of the world, I left everyone I knew on the outside. I only left for food and if someone tried to tell me something I'd pushed them out.
3 Years Later
"Hi lily, how are you?" Olivia asked me "fine" I whispered. "CODE BLOOD CODE BLOOD" vampire invasion great... I found a hiding spot, I never realized more people found out they had *power*, fighting off the vampires. I look though the hole, most of the vampires were killed. I stepped out and nearly got my head sliced off clean, "oh no you don't" I pulled out a kitchen knife and stabbed the vampire. I was now 17 most of the others chose immortality when the they got the choice. I didn't because there's no point I live in my room all day, what will I do for the next million years? I walked back to my room only to find 10 people in there. olivia, ash, Aaron, Caleb, Jared, Erin, Draydon, Lucas, Lindsay and Brandon. "What do you want" I hissed "you have been picked for a special school for people with *great power*" Lindsay explained, looking back at my friends they seem the same. Olivia still has brown hair Ashlie still has her lilac hair, Caleb well he's Caleb so there's no change, Aaron still had his black hair and Jared is the same, Erin's got blue tips in her hair and well Lucas Brandon and Lindsay they um they kinda fell apart. "I can't I have no power" I said back but they all just stared at me, I felt like screaming. Then there was a hand on my shoulder it was cold and pale, "you do have power" a voice said from behind me. I turned around and saw Mika standing there, as an 16 year old he must have got immortality. I started crying and hugged him, he let go of me and told me that he had to leave. "What! No you can't leave me again," I cried he pulled me into a hug but I pushed him away, I felt like I was being pushed out, "no your doing this to get away from me, all you want is to leave so I don't know why you came back." I yelled at him and backed away, "no it's something else..." I felt a burning feeling I made my hands into fist and and began to move forward, he pulled out his katana and got ready to fight, "lily please... I " I cut him off by letting my fist go and threw a punch as my hand was covered in a purple flame, no not this again I said to myself, then a sword appeared in my other hand. But by the time I went to attack it hit me great no I can't control it I said to myself, as the black flame went down and I lowered my sword. I remember being shot in the back with a gun but I blacked out too soon.

Lucas's POV
I shot her after she tried to hit Mika, I didn't mean to kill her but I might have. She's been in the hospital for 5 hours cause they can't find where the bullet went, I never meant for this to happen. The doctor just walked out "I'm glad to say your friend is safe, But we tried to determine..." He had the slightest fear in his eyes when we heard a piercing cry coming from the room he just walked out of. I tried to get past him but he kept pushing me away. I held up my gun and pointed it at him, "let us though or I'll shoot" I shouted over the screams, he still didn't budge. I let go of the trigger and shot him, we made it past and saw lily and a doctor/vampire fighting, the girls moved the others away from the battle while  the boys engaged on the fight, Brandon pulled out lighting and slashed the vampire. " LU LOOK LEFT" he yelled I looked over and the other three boys were trying to hold lily down, Caleb pointing his sword at her neck. "DONT WE NEED HER ALIVE CALEB" I screamed and ran over. ^click^ I snapped my finger and  she was instantly locked to the ground. "let me GO" she yelled with her normal raspy voice, "why are you doing this, you've been hiding in your room for the last 3 years" I asked "I lost... the only...thing I loved... why do... I bother... to live" she said out of breath from trying to escape, "your not getting away so stop trying" I said trying to calm her, she finally calmed down, tears fell down her face. She buried her face in my chest and cried, "I'm... IM SORRY FOR TRYING TO DEFEND *HIM* AND I WONT ANYMORE"  she screamed into my chest and pulled away, " it's ok... Now who wants ice cream!" I said nodding to Brandon "ICE CREAM!!!!!!"everyone one screamed
Later at the ice cream store "everyone seems to be enjoying there ice cream" I said to Draydon "ya... wanna try my ice cream it's tutti fruity" she said with a smile "um no thanks" we sat in silence until ashlie yelled "BRAIN FRIZZE" we all broke out laughing.

We where on our way home when something hit me "hey lily back at the hospital when I was holding you down, how did you just stop and calm down?" I asked looking at her though the review mirror. Her eyes sparked with a flame that was quickly vanished and was replaced by a frown "over the years you had grown and so have I, there was a creature that came though the window one night when we had raid... Well what I'm trying to say is I got my power! But I also now remember my parents and my past" she started to cry "what wrong with your parents?" Caleb asked puzzled "There in a high maximum prison... There the part of how all this chaos happened and I am sadly dragged in because people want revenge, and if they can't get to the people who did it they go for the ones close to them. And I'm close to them" she ended. The rest of the ride everyone was silent.
