~Restaurant~

Amber POV

i was really annoyed of my dad. Mabye it was because i was homophobic , at the thing they wanted to get married. But i loved my daddy so i left him with at least trying. I cursed in front of his guest , i guess i didnt even introduce myself to my dads "Boyfriend" , i didnt even catch the niggas name. We walked into red Lobster and the lady called my dads name and gave us a booth. Guess this guys had registeration, hmm cool i thought in my head. 

I Sat there as they talked i gulped and spoke "Oh um hey excuse me whats your name ?"

?; My name is Chad.

"Oh hi im his daughter as you may know and yeah ive heard good things about you , you seem nice , i just hope your here to make my dad happy and nothing else but this dinner isnt gonna impress me bud but so far your cool in my book ". He looked at me with his eyes widend looking at my dad.

I saw my dad giving me a thumbs up as they kept to talking i guess it was a start.

Chad; well anyway yes um *sweaty Gulps* i like your dad we've been dating for 4 months and yes we make eachother happy, he always talks about you, finally glad to meet you Amber ?

He put his hand out as i shook it "Indeed"

Mia POV ,

We went into red lobster i havent been to this place since my 10th birthday 1 month after my mom had died. my Aunt took me in newyork before we moved and when my dad was in the picture. Anyway , Amber had shades on her face and she was introducing herself to "chad" , and i was just sitting there re - folding my napking until the waiter came. She started talking as i got a text from "Chase" . 

Chase; because were meant to be .

Me; Nia too huh ?

Chase; we aint do nothing she aint have no ride home so i took her home babe i swear. 

Me; A ride on your dick huh ?

Chase; ...... im sorry . 

Me; arent you always ? 

I shook my head locking my phone.  " And you ?" i looked up seeing they was waiting on my drink. 

"Oh a sprite" .

Waiter ; okay 2 pepsi's and 2 sprites , ill come back for an order . 

~After Dinner at ambers house ~ 

It was 6 , and i shouldve been getting home. i didnt want to stay at ambers house , but she wanted to stay at minds so i guess i didnt mind. SLEEEPOVERRR ! 

I grabbed my stuff i had from school and we walked out as Amber said goodbye to her new "2nd Dad" . She took her car and Drove to my house. 

We went straight upstairs picking out our outfits tomarrow , although Amber had her own drawer in my house. My house was kinda big for no reason, i guess thats why the rents so expensive. Anyway she laid on her side of the bed, and turned her lamp out saying " im tired as fuck i set the alarm up see you tomarrow morning" . I just looked at her pickin up my diary writting where i left off . 

Well as you can tell im about to go to bed , Amber here , we went to red lobster with her 2DADS, i chuckle at that. But yeah i went the whole day thinking about ray until i saw the text messages her sent while i was in class while walking. While walking to ambers house from school i caught dorothy crying. She was saying how shes sorry how bad i hurt her , and how life happend. I dont know what the hell she meant by that but it meant something. Anyway me & Chase aint working out , this nigga scares me , he already put me in a colma i needed to get the hell away. Im in love with Ray but does he love me ? Hmm idk , i just will ask roc tomarrow , oh well , later diary PS . this was a boring ass day though .
