Diary Entry #2 of #20 25th of May 2002 / Wednesday 8 p.m
Dear Diary,
I cannot believe it. I am crying, Diary.
Why does Harry need to move out on Saturday from Holmes Chapel? Holmes Chapel is the best! I don't want to be separated with him. I'm sad, Diary. I don't want him to leave. I have no friend now. Kathy and Marcie and Leslie will make fun of me even more. I don't care about that but I want Harry. He makes me happy. Now, we only have 3 days together...Please God, don't let him move to LA.
Love, Mara Moore <3
- HARRY -
I sighed loudly before closing the diary. It's hard, you know, reading this entry and knowing how Mara truly felt when she found out my family and I were moving. It's hard to accept the fact that I still have no clue on where she is, after all these years.
Wherever she is now, whatever she's doing, I just hope she's happy and fine. That's all.
I placed the diary back under my pillow, and went out of the room. I saw Niall slouching on the sofa, eating chips while watching TV. Typical.
"Hey, mate," I greeted him as I plopped down beside him. I tried to grab a handful of chips from him, but he was fast enough to jerk it away from me. His eyes are still totally fixed on the TV, his face unconcerned. I narrowed my eyes at him.
"Seriously, Niall, there's tons of chips at the kitchen," I shook my head as I lean against the sofa. "Exactly," Niall finally spoke. I sighed, brushing through my curls. Well, there's Niall for you. Won't ever let you touch his food no matter what state you're in, even if you're gonna die any minute. Just kidding.
But you get my point.
"Hey lads!" A cheerful voice made Niall and I glance at the door, where Louis and Liam walked in. They were carrying plastic bags, which meant that they went grocery shopping.
"Heyyy," Niall said, his eyes back on the TV. I looked at the TV curiously. He's watching Friends. No wonder he's so focused and engrossed.
"Where's Zayn?" I questioned, looking around. "I think he's at some bar with his cousin, or, I don't really know," Louis replied.
"We will never know," Liam chuckled.
"Oh yeah, Paul called me to tell us that we have another Alan Carr interview tonight. We need to get ready by 4 p.m. Paul's comin' over to pick us up," Niall announced suddenly.
"Why didn't you tell me just now?" I glared at him playfully.
"I was waitin' for y'all to be here," he said.
"Hey, what's up guys?" A very familiar voice boomed suddenly, and in came Zayn. He was grinning widely, and that grin obviously tells us that he and Perrie went on a date earlier. Well, at least now we know where he was.

"Wow, that was a really interesting interview, wasn't it," Louis said, still laughing. I agree. This was probably the most interesting one we've ever had. Probably because it was Alan Carr. There's no doubt you'll have fun around him.
We are now inside the van, heading to the studio again because Paul needed to have a small talk with the photoshoot manager about some things, I don't really know. All I know is that maybe I'll see Rose Ann again.
I don't know, she just seems like a very cool person to be around, I really want to befriend her. Thirty minutes later, we finally arrived at the studio. We got out the van and headed toward the entrance. I wonder if Rose Ann is still inside? I wonder of she went home already as it is now almost quater to seven.
"I wonder if the photographer's still here?" I asked no one in particular as I walked beside the lads. "Why are you looking for good old Dave?" Niall wondered out loud. I rolled my eyes. "Not Dave. Rose Ann, the photographer girl," I clarified.
"Hm, a girl, huh," Zayn piped in.
"I wonder why you're looking for her, huh, Styles?" Liam smirked before all of them wiggled their brows at me. Here we go again. "Not all my friends who are girls are gonna be my girlfriend, you fools." They continued laughing.
"Let's see about that," Niall giggled as we enter the studio.
- ROSE ANN -
I sighed, finally done with packing up the camera and my things. It was a really long day today, but I guess it's alright because my pay is quite high so I'm going to treat my family to a fancy restaurant tomorrow night.
I turned off all the lights in the studio, and began to walk toward the exit door when Craig, my coworker, called for my name. I looked over at him, he was packing up the backdrop. It was only Craig and I left cleaning and fixing up the studio because the others left early for a meeting.
"Rose Ann, don't turn off the lights yet, boss is gonna have a talk with Paul!"
I nodded, "Okay. But wait, you mean Paul, One Direction's manager?" I feel a small rush of excitement wishing I'll see them especially Harry.
"Yeah," Craig said, and I smiled widely as I walked over to the lights and switched them on.
I was about to turn around when I hear the door creaked open, and in came five tall guys also known as One Direction. It was weird, I don't know, I mean the world's biggest boyband is standing right in front of my eyes. I think I'll pass out any minute I swear. Just talking to Harry yesterday was enough to make me scream in happiness.
I stood there, near the light switch, just watching them walk over to the bench and sat down while Paul entered the manager's office.
The five guys stared at me, smiling.
Um, I need life support right now.
"Hi Rose Ann!" Harry finally broke the awkward silence and I finally smiled back at them.
"Hi Harry, Hi to you all," I greeted them softly.
Harry patted the seat next to him, gesturing me to sit next to him. So I sauntered toward him with my knees feeling wobbly.
Come on, Rose Ann, you've literally had an actual conversation with Harry yesterday, so why freak out now? Well, maybe because... I don't know.
"So how was today?" Harry asked me, while the other guys talked to each other.
"I-It was exhausting, honestly. But I won't complain, because I'm quite excited to bring my family to dinner tomorrow," I smiled. I don't know why I just shared that, but I guess it's okay.
"That's awesome. I really miss my mum and sister, haven't seen them for months," he sighed. I suddenly felt upset for him, I wonder how it feels to be away from your family for so long.
"Well, at least you have the boys, right," I said, trying to make the mood positive.
He cracked a smile. "Yup."
"Uh, did you had dinner already?" he asked me.
"Nope, although I'm really getting hungry right now," I laughed. So far I'm not stuttering or fumbling over my words, that's good.
"If that's the case will you eat dinner with all of us?" His question took me by surprise.
Dinner? With One Direction? And Harry Styles just asked me that? Um, I'm definitely calling life support now.
No but seriously, does he really have to ask that.
"Of course, that sounds great," I said, and I suddenly feel like I'm desperate. Sigh.
"Perfect! Now we'll just have to wait for Paul to finish talking with your boss."
(A/N: This chapter is pretty much a filler and I know it's quite boring but it'll get better soon, there's a lot of plot twists and stuff in the later chapters so yeah :)
