Chapter Seventeen

After my breakfast date with Roman, I had to head back to my hotel room to pack so we can head to Brooklyn, New York for the next show. Between all the signings, traveling, interviews, shows, and what not. We barely have time to just relax and hang out anymore. That's why I never wanted a boyfriend or anything from home. They wouldn't like my busy schedule. But I have Roman now. Someone who understands my busy schedule, and is on the road with me. Who knows if this relationship will even work out. The Authority can have us in a love storyline with different people at anytime and I don't know about Roman, but I'm a very jealous person. But enough about that, that might not ever happen.

I get hit with something on my arm, pulling me from my thoughts. I look up to see Jeff standing next to our suitcases, giving me a look of concern.
"Are you okay?" He asks me.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just zoned out again" I say truthfully. He nods and walks over, grabbing my suitcase.

"Let's get going, its a five and a half hour drive" He says. I nod and follow him out the door, grabbing ahold of his suitcase and pulling it down the hallway. I'm still tired from Dolph waking me up so early this morning. We meet Matt out in the parking lot, handing him the bags to pack in the trunk of the rental, as I yawn.

"Maybe you should go to sleep earlier and you wouldn't be so tired training" Matt says, smirking at me. I roll my eyes and yawn again.

"We're always busy. As soon as we get to Brooklyn, we have a stupid signing at the arena." I say, leaning up against the car.

"Its not our fault Li-Li. Everyone loves them some Hardy's" Jeff says, lighting a cigarette. I pull one out of my pocket and I light one as well.

"Not as much as they love them some of The Shield" We all turn around to see Roman, Dean and Seth standing there, Dean smirking.

"Yeah okay" I say, rolling my eyes.

"You guys heading to Brooklyn right Now?" Seth asks.

"Yeah, its Ten Thirty, we'll get there around Four Ish. The signings at Five." Jeff says.

I get lost in my own thoughts, once again. As I smoke my cigarette and look up at the lit up sky, just thinking. Maybe I could tell the guys about Roman and Me on the ride there.

What if they get mad?

I shake my head, getting rid of the somewhat bad thoughts. I hear someone's finger snapping and I look down the see Jeff trying to get my attention.

"I'm sorry, what did you say?" I ask, bringing myself back to the real world. He sighs and looks at Me with worried eyes.

"Are you sure your okay?" He asks me.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I say.

"You've been zoning out a lot lately Baby sis... I don't like it. I don't want you to be like.... You were again" He says, pulling me Into a hug.

"Don't worry, I won't ever be like that again" I try to reassure him.

"Well, we can follow behind you guys? Deans driving and has no idea how to get there" Roman says, chuckling a bit. Dean rolls his eyes at the The Samoan.

"Yeah, you guys can do that. We just have to wait for Dumb and Dumber to finish smoking" Matt says, rolling his eyes. I scoff and take another hit off the deadly stick. Roman walks up to me and pulls the cigarette out of my mouth and drops it to the floor, putting it out with the tip of his shoe.

"Dumbers done" He says, smirking down at me.

"Why I gotta be dumber?!" I yell, not finding that statement fair. Jeff chuckles and tosses his cigarette before putting his hands up in surrender, walking to the passenger side of the car. I groan and get in the back seat. I see Matt laugh and wave bye before walking over to the drivers side and climbing in. This is gonna be a long drive.

**2 Hours Later**
"Don't you see the writing on the walls!" We all sing along with the song that I've got playing, phone hooked up to the radio.

"Your in way over your head!" We sing, all together. I feel my phone vibrate in my hand and I look down at it, reveling a text.

R-You guys sound like your having fun.

I chuckles and then around to see Roman smiling at me from the car behind us. I look down and write a reply.

L- mad because you don't know how to have fun big guy?

I look up at my brothers. They look so happy, singing together and actually getting along for once. I look back down when my phone vibrates, once again.

R- oh I know how to have fun doll face. Want to see? Turn around.

I take a deep breath and turn around to see that Roman is climbing out of the sun roof.

"What the hell is he doing..." Matt asks, looking threw the mirror.

I quickly send a text to him, not knowing if he has his phone or not.

L- Roman, your insane. watch this.

I look up to see Roman, looking down at his phone as he kneels of the roof of the car. I roll down the window and begin climbing out. He looks at me with wide eyes, like I'm the insane one. God we could get in so much trouble for doing this right now.

"Liena! What the fuck are you doing?!" Matt yells as I stand on the ledge of the window and hold onto the top of the car.

"She's living Matt,leave her alone!" I hear Jeff yell. I chuckle and climb up onto the roof of the car,kneeling down the same way Roman is. I hear turn the music get turned back up.

I catch his gaze as we both try to keep out balance. I give him a small smirk and decide to make this fun. I hook my feet under the bars and stand up. The music blasts from our radio, my favorite song at that. Flo rida? Oh yeah.

"Hey, let's go Liena! Get back in the car!" I hear Matt yell, but I ignore him. Roman laughs and stands up on the car Dean's driving.

"We're insane!" I yell out to him. He shrugs and gives me a smirk

"Yeah we are!"

I get back on my knees and slowly and carefully, climb back into the drivers seat.

"Don't ever do that again. Mom and Dad's calling, you don't say anything" Matt warns. I nod and pause my song. Matt answers the call, putting it on speaker.

"Hi mom and dad!" We all yell at once. I pull my headphones out of my pocket and plug them into my phone, playing a random song. I turn back around to see Roman back in the car. I let out a breath I didn't even know I was holding.

We truly are fucking insane
