Ok, i was reading this book and the characters tend to have weird names but oh welllllll
Anyway, the protagonist's name is Holling. His sisters name is Heather.
He has two friends their names are Doug and Danny. He has a Vietnamese friend and her name is Mai thi. He has another friend thats American her names Mary lee. Their teacher's name is Mrs. Baker.
Mrs. Baker. Everyone, its a practice drill! Underneath your desks, hands on your head, no talking, absolute silence!!
Danny. Teacher, i have a question.
Mrs. Baker. Afterwards.
Danny. But this is important!
Mrs. Baker. Fine. Say it.
Danny. Wouldn't it be dangerous for you to be out in the open?
Mrs. Baker. Thank you for your concern. Now be quiet.
Danny. Imagine it really was happening! What would happen then?
Mrs. Baker. Then, we wouldn't review over sentences for the rest of the day.
Danny. *Whispering to Holling* It might be worth it
Holling. *rolls eyes and whispers back* Dude, you need some help with that brain of yours. Maybe it would help if you could be quiet.
