Chapter II The New Lord

Laurence's POV
After a few months Aphmau was helping out a lot and so Garroth and I made a decision and held a town meeting to announce that the bill of Phoenix Drop now has a new lord Aphmau. We brought Aphmau up and asked her if she would accept this roll and she said YES! Phoenix Drop finally has a new lord after a year of hard times without a lord.

Aphmau's POV
I am so happy and shocked. I have so much responsibility now. From what I have been told this is one of the "Big Three". Meaning that it is one of the 3 biggest villages in this region.

One day later

I felt some feeling that I had to be a good lord and walk around my village and get to know everyone and everything there is to need to know about this place. So I got ready and came out of my house to see Garroth standing there waiting to escort me around town. I told him that I could take care of myself but he just wanted
"To show me around town" so I let him. On the way I stopped to get to know some of the guards and the first guard (other than Laurence and Garroth) I met was named Dale he has I wife named Molly and a little baby boy named Brian. I got to know a couple other villagers like Kyle and this really nice girl named Donna. There was this other rather quiet villager named Sasha and before I knew it the sun was setting and I went back to my very empty house. I go to bed saying to my self
"Wow living in this village almost 3 months and now I am the lord".
