Hi, My name is Val, I live with my mom, my dad left us when I was just 1. this started long ago. Once in life everyone changes, My world was turned upside down. It was on my 14th birthday, is when it happened. I was so excited, I thought that day was gonna be a great day for me and everyone else, but something happen... my mom was out in the farm harvesting the crops; but, then I heard a loud scream, it came from my mom direction. I ran as quickly to her, but when I got there... she was on the ground breathing heavily with blood all over her, I didn't know what to do, I was terrified😱, tears started to run down my cheek.I fell to the ground crying and screaming. A few minutes past and I hear sirens. My vision started to get blurry as the tall men started to come towards me, next thing I know my whole world is black. I woke up in my room, I was hoping that it was just a dream, but when I went down stairs.
A women's voice said in surprise "Oh, Val Your Awake!"
"Aunt Lilly? Is that you?" Val exclaimed
"It's me! Your Aunt Lilly."
Val Ran to her and hugged her, Val started to tear up.
"Aunt Lilly please tell me it was just a dream!"
"I'm sorry Val, but it's reality."
A week past and Val hasn't gone to school, She can't stop thinking about what happened.
"Aunt Lilly, your lying right it's not real."😞"
"Sweetie, I told you, it's real."😰"
"..."
"Val, I'm sorry.."
"I..I'll be in my room."
I can't stop thinking about what happened, I know people move on but I can't, she was the only one left in my life.
*knock knock*
"Val? Can we talk?"
"I guess."
"I know this is really not a good time but, we are moving into the city."
"WHAT! I have to Meet new people and strangers every where. Great." Val said
"Val it's not gonna be that bad, I'm sorry but, I want you to meet new people."
"Aunt Lilly i'm not sure about this, I might get hurt more."
"How?"
"Being alone and being bullied."
"Your never alone I'm here for you. You won't be bullied, your such a great girl."
"Thank you Aunt Lilly, but everyone isn't like you."
"I know, but there is some people that are kind to."
"Your right, I guess I can see what happens."
"Great, we will be moving next month."
"Oh, okay."
"Val I know you will miss here, that's why I'm giving you time."
"Thank you, I'll miss this place a lot, it's where I grew up with my mom..."
*Val starts to tear up*
"Sweetie, it's okay, come here."
*Lilly hugs her tightly*
