My aunt and I moved out of the house and moved into the city. Today is my first day in the city and to a new Jr high school.
(Monday)
"Val, Wake up! Time for your first day of Jr high school!" Aunt Lilly yelled.
"I'm awake!" Said Val.
"Come down and eat breakfast!"
"Okay, okay I'm coming!" Val ran down the stairs and tripped
*Thump*
"Val, are you alright honey?"
"I'm fine."
After that, Val ate breakfast, when she was done she went outside and waited at the bus stop.
As she was waiting, a guy was walking towards her, he looks like the same age as Val.
"Hello." The stranger said
"H..Hi.." Said Val nervously
"You must be her to go to Avalon Jr high right? Sooo you must be new to Avalon Jr high, I'm usually the only one that waits at this bus stop." He said
"Oh.." Val said quietly
"OH, how rude of me, I'm Mage, and you are?"
"I..I'm Val."
"Nice name."
"No, Not really.."
*bus arrives*
"Well, see you around school then." Mage says
"S..sure"
While on the bus I was sitting alone in the back, a lot of people were staring at me. When we got to the school, I was so nervous, but then a girl walked up to me.
"Hi, you must be the new student, I'm Rose. It's great meeting you, I would love to help you!"
"H..hi, I'm Val."
"Oh your shy, heh, sorry."
"Yeah.."
"Well, you will love it here at Avalon Jr High."
Rose helped me a lot, what was cool was, we had the same classes. Before you knew it we were friends. I sat with Rose at lunch, while I was eating, Mage Walked up to us
"Hey Val."
"Hi Mage"
"You made a friend, that's amazing!"
"Are you trying to make her feel bad?" Rose said
"Why would I do that, she's my friend too. Right Val?"
"Uh, I'm not sure."
"Looks like she hardly knows you." Said Rose
"Your right, we just meant at the bus stop. Hey Val I would like to get to know you more, is that cool?"
"Oh uh sure" Val said weirdly
*Mage sat right next by Val*
"S..So how is your day going." Val stuttered
"It's going great, what about yours?" Mage replied
"It's okay, it is the first day of school."
"Val what class do we have next?" Rose asked
"Um.. We have art, with Miss Daisy."
"Okay, it's gonna be fun."
"It's weird we have all the same classes." Val said
"Of course silly, if your someone that wants to help new students, you have to have all the same classes." Rose informed Val
"Guys I have that class with you guys!" Mage said excitedly
"What?!?" Rose was shocked
"Awesome right!?!"
"I guess." Rose said with a bit of disappointment
"I think it's kinda of cool." Val replied
*Bell rings*
"Let's walk there together." Mage said happily
"S..sure."
Three of us sat together, I found out Rose really hates Mage. Last period just ended so I was heading off to my locker, while I was walking I bumped into some guy.
"I'm so sorry!" Val said frightened a little
"It's okay, I was the one who didn't notice you. You must be new, I'm Gavin. I guess I'll see you around...."
"Val, my names Val."
"Val! I'll see you around tomorrow." Gavin said and walked off
I sat with Mage on the bus, we talked a lot, it's cool having him as a friend. When I got home Aunt Lilly asked so many questions.
*Val whispers to herself*
"Mom, thank you for being with me today, I had fun. I love you."
"Val Sweetie, it's 7:42." Lilly informed Val
"Thank you, I'll get ready for bed." She replied
