Ashley
She started screaming and flailing her arms around, almost like she was fighting something. I tried to shake her awake but it did no good. I crawled out of the bed and went out in the hall to find a nurse. There was none in sight, not even one at the nurse station. Go figure. I rushed back to the room. She had stopped moving and seemed to be sleeping peacefully.
"Something isn't right." Jake said from his spot on the window sill. Just then we heard her scream and then she went still and completely quiet. She stayed that way for a while and then she woke up. She was terrified.
"Nokomis?" Jinxx Asked and walked to her bedside. He placed his hand on her shoulder when she did not respond. Bad move. She jumped off the bed, caught herself on the edge of the bed and ripped her IV out of her arm. She crashed to the floor hard and then hid under the bed.
"Nokomis, it's us." I said while crouching down on the floor beside the bed.
HISSSSSS
She hissed at me and then struck out to claw me in the face. This wasn't the Noko I knew. This was a monster.
Andy
I walked out to get a monster and something to eat other than paper about an hour ago. I hate hospital food so I just went to the McDonald's down the street. I even brought the others something to eat.
"Andy! Thank god you are here!" Ashley said and pulled me into the room.
"What is going on?" Everything seemed normal to me...until I looked again. Nokomis was gone and Jake and CC looked scared shitless.
"There is something wrong with Nokomis." He said and looked towards the bed. I looked over.to the bed and saw her cowering under it.
"Guys Savior." We started singing the acapella version we have been working on.
