What Happens to Me?

Wedding Day

Today was the day that Sadie and Luke would become husband and wife. Everyone who was invited to the wedding was here. They were all greeting the groom and taking their seats. Luke was dressed really nice in his black suit.

Sadie was in a room with Claire, Taylor, her mother, and her soon to be niece. Taylor was doing Sadie's hair into a beautiful style and then she would add little flowers to the back. Sadie was excited but nervous at the same time. So she was breathing in and out.

Taylor and Claire where her bridesmaids, while Claire's daughter was the flower girl. And the two groomsmen were obviously Tony and Ash. The ceremony was all set up and people were already in their seats, waiting for the ceremony to take place.

Claire and Taylor brought out Sadie's wedding dress and laid it out on a chair. Sadie walked over to grab her dress, then she went behind a room divider to change into the dress. When she came out, the dress was unzipped. So she had Taylor zip the back up, then Sadie made sure that the dress was just right. Then, she turned to everyone, so that they could see what Sadie looked like in the dress.

"What do you think?" asked Sadie.

"You look beautiful." replied Claire.

It was now time for Sadie to walk down the aisle. Luke was standing at the end of the aisle, waiting for Sadie to start walking. He had Tony and Ash behind him, so the ceremony began. Tony and Claire's daughter, the flower girl, started walking down the aisle first as she threw flowers pedals onto the ground. Then, Claire walked down the aisle, followed by Taylor. When it was time for Sadie to walk down the aisle, everybody rose from their seats. Sadie was starting to get really nervous right now. Her mother walked over to Sadie. She grabbed her daughter's hand and squeezed it tight.

Then, Sadie and her mom started walking down the aisle. Luke saw how beautiful Sadie looked. She was dressed in her wedding dress, and her hair was done perfectly. He saw Sadie look straight at him while she walked down the aisle with her mom. Sadie was passed off from her mother to Luke. Sadie and Luke took each others hand's and began the ceremony. When they started to exchange rings, Sadie gave her flower bouquet to Claire, while Claire gave her the ring. Luke placed the ring on Sadie's left ring finger, then Sadie placed Luke's ring on his left ring finger.

Sadie picked out a black ring with a single silver line through the middle of it.

They said their, I Do's and then sealed the deal with a kiss. Then they walked down the aisle together, hand in hand.

When the ceremony ended, everyone continued onto the reception. Everyone had ate and were now mingling, while others were on the dance floor.

Sadie was sitting with Luke at their table still. Luke had his arm resting on the back of Sadie's chair, while Sadie was sitting straight up in her chair. They looked out at the room. They saw their friends and family having a good time. Even though they just got married, Sadie felt like her whole world changed. She had more family and friends now, but she also had a husband now.

"Having a good time, yet?" asked Luke.

Sadie turned to Luke.

"You know I am." replied Sadie.

She gave Luke a kiss on the lips and then smiled at him.
