"So is this where the sleepover is?"
"No"
"So why am I here?" Soph gave me a puzzled look. She was so cute when she was confused. I just looked into her bright blue eyes n smiled, I must have been day dreaming as I was knocked out of it by being pushed playfully by as ooh, making me fall on the floor and taking her down with me.
"Ouch" Soph said laughing.
"Don't be such a baby" I teased back. We were laughing hard, Soph lying on top of me, both still on the floor.
"What's going on in her?!" Jess and Luc both came in and just looked at us, puzzled. Of course, this made us laugh even harder.
"Well we're definitely interrupting" Luc said, elbowing to Jess.
"Yeah, we just came up to tell you that we've decided on the film."
"Oh god, go on what is it?" I said.
"We're going to watch High School Musical" Jess and Luc in chorus. I looked at Soph who was smiling at the choice, so of course, I wasn't going to argue. Jess and Luc left the room to get the film and some popcorn and I turned back to Soph, who I realised, was still lying on top of me. She was already looking me, with a big smile on her face.
"What?" I asked her, smiling as I did.
"You just look really cute while your thinking" she said, giving a little laugh at how cheesy she sounded.
"Hah, smooth"
"You know it" she winked as she said it.
"Ugh, I don't wanna watch High School Musical" I rolled my eyes.
"Omg why not!? Zac Efrons in it!!!"
"Exactly"
"Your just jealous" She smirked.
"Why? Go on, tell me why"
"Because I love Zac Efron, you wish it was you" She was looking really deep into my eyes now and her hand was on my chest.
"Mmmm, okay p, whatever you say" I smirk.
"Anyway, if u don't wanna watch it, why didn't you just tell Jess? She would've changed the film?"
I just looked at her and smiled. "You looked happy with the choice so I didn't want to make you sad"
"Oh shut up, okay, I think your just scared of Jess"
"Brooklyn, there's people at the door!" I heard my mum shout up.
"Ugh, coming!" I shouted. I didn't wanna move, despite being on the floor, I had Soph on top of me still, her body was so light and warm against mine, I really could stay her forever, just looking into her eyes. I moved to get up and waited for Soph to get off me, she then took my hand and hauled me up. Just as she was about to open the door I felt the time was right and took hold of her hand and pulled her back. She was shorter than me so i had to look down to talk to her.
"I have something to tell you" I whispered. "But I don't want to sound stupid"
"Just tell me!" She said, playfully hitting me.
"Okay, but if you say no, this stays between us, okay?"
"Deal"
"Right... Well... Ever since I met you, there's been something I've loved about you. I don't know what, but..."
"Brooklyn, I..."
"You...?"
"I pave been wanting to say this for ages too, but, I like you" she started to blush, which made me blush.
"You do?" I start smiling, I can't stop.
"Yeah" she says looking down.
"What you doing tomorrow?"
"It's your birthday..."
"Exactly, you busy?"
"Nope"
"I'm taking you out"
"No, it's your birthday"
"So...?"
"You shouldn't have to pay"
"I want to, for my girl" I winked at her.
"We aren't together yet" she said laughing.
"We will soon though" I said winking at her. She then put her arms out and I hugged her, I put my arms around her tiny waist and hugged her, and didn't let go, until my mum shouted up quite angry about there being someone at the door. I took her hand and ran down.
"Sorry, I was showing Soph around" I said squeezing her hand.
"Yeah, your bathroom is bigger than my room!" My mum just laughed and winked at Brooklyn, looking at our hands and then back at him, I just laughed.
"Want me to get it?" Soph asked me.
"Yeah go on" I said wrapping my arms around her waist from behind. She opened the door and I heard someone shout 'Hey Brookie' I just froze. What had I done.
