Ha ha ha I thought this song suited this chapter. Sorry if you think this story is shitty. 😒 I don't really know where I am going with it to be honest...hhhh

My hands were shaking so much I could hardly take one drag. I just stared coldly as the cigarette got shorter and shorter, closer and closer to my hand. I wanted time to think about what I was about to do. I wanted time. I held onto the doorknob my heart beating so hard it made my chest ache. I took one last look at the house pulled my bandana over my nose and mouth, threw my hood up and flicked the cigarette into the puddle of petrol. In seconds the fire spread throughout the house. I ran as fast as my legs could move, snatching the bag and Bella on my way. I saw the taxi, a small, frail chap who was scratching away at a lotto ticket. Biting his tongue in concentration. I pulled the bandana off my mouth and called out. The poor guy looked startled and then laughed happily and turned his keys in the ignition. I got into the back seat and took my jacket off, I was out of breath and found it hard to speak.

"Erm... Hhhh.. Lemme just...catch my....breath" I panted hysterically.
"It's alright take your time love" "ooh ellooo little one" for a minute I was about to question what he was talking about but then I realised he was admiring Bella.
"Awh your lovely, my granddaughter Amy has one just like im. Lovely animals. What's his name then?" I smiled warmly at the old man.
"She's called Bella, we got her fro..."
I was silenced by a fire engine whizzing past.
I panicked and looked at my watch. "Oh no I am running late, shi..."
"Where to love?" The man interrupted.
"Reading station please"
