Italy's breathing got heavier and less. "Oh God what's happening to Italy!" Romano freaked out. Germany ignored Romano and ran to get a doctor. "WE NEED HELP IN HERE! SOMEONE HELP!" Germany screamed. "Sir calm down, what's wrong?" The nurse asked. "Italy, his breathing, just come now!" Germany demand. They ran to Italy's room and saw Romano pacing back and forth the room, cursing himself. "Oh my god, doctor we need help!" The nurse screamed and ran towards Italy. "God what did I do." Romano muttered. Germany looked at Romano, who was now sitting in a corner, covered his head and start to sob. "Romano, it's not your fault. No one told you about him and his breathing problem." Germany comforted. Romano looked up at Germany and sobbed even more. "Is Italy going to die?" Romano asked sobbing.

"No, I won't let that happen." Germany replied. The doctors came running in the help the nurse and two other nurses came and took Germany and Romano out of the room. Romano, surprisingly, didn't struggle and just stared at Italy. "I'm sorry boys but Feliciano won't be seeing anyone for a while. We will call you when he is ready for visitors." The nurse told them. "Italy..." Romano said meekly. They were put out in the waiting room and Romano went back to a corner. "I'm so sorry, but will Ita.. I mean Feliciano be ok?" Germany asked. The nurse nodded her head. "He will be fine. He will need surgery but that's it. Just tell his brother that for me ok." The nurse replied. Germany walked away and went over to Romano. "Hey Romano, Italy will be ok. The nurse told me that." Germany informed him. Romano looked down the hallway and got up. "Let's go home, you potato bastard." Romano muttered. Germany agreed, got up and walked out of the hospital.
