Chapter 1: Well shit

Hope you enjoy my new story, and thanks to @Alexfrom-target for making the cover for me, and DAMM ELEANOR back at it with the writing! Sorry I had too, anyways please tell your friends if you think this story is great and, I turned Lauren, and Alex into high schoolers in this story, because I didn't feel like writing about their life like right now. So I hope tha- WTF did you just throw your shoe at me!? I know you want to read the story just let me finish will yo- well there goes your other shoe, fine I'll see you after this chapter, gosh.

So, today was not exactly what I expected, because life decided to kick my ass so hard today, maybe because it was karma, or as Aspyn (yah I just did that), said, it was apparently fate. Well here's my day, for you, to laugh at.

Lauren's POV:

"beep. beep. beep. beep" my alarm rang at me, to remind me that it is Friday, and I still neeed to go to a terrible place, called school. I slapped my phone, until it shut the hell up, got out of bed, and tried to walk to the washroom. Oh wow, great the ground is so freaking cold, I tip toed into my very own, personal, washroom, which I am so grateful for, and threw my hair into a high pony tail, brushed my teeth (obviously), and went back into my room, and into my closet to pick out my outfit. I chose a pair of black tights that are from Pink, and a white campus crew sweatshirt from Pink, and I only have all this stuff from Pink because, my mom still buys my clothes, and just yesterday she got me one of their slutty underwears, and let me reasure you that I am never, ever, EVER, going to wear that. After that I went back into my washroom and picked out a mascara, an eyelash curler, and a liquid liner, and did my makeup. What? can't a nerd wear makeup?

Then, I went downstairs, "Good morning mom" I greeted her, as I gave her a side hug, and sat down on one of the kitchen island stools. "Good morning, honey" she said back at me, and placed a plate in front of me that consisted of some scrambled eggs, a hasbrown, and toast with some butter, " yum..." I said, let's be honest, anything with butter taste good. I quickly ate everything, brought my plate to the sink, went downstairs to the study room to get my backpack, and dropped it by the front door near my shoes. "Lauren, tonight I'll be working late, so I won't be home 'till around twelve o' clock." my mom told me, "what about dad?" I asked, because if he's staying late, I don't know what I'll do, because, I can't cook even if my life depended on it. "Eee... sorry, honey he's working late to." my mom said, wow, great, I'm going to end up burning this house down. "Ok, mom I got to go, see you later" I told her before I slipped my shoes on, they're black Nikes if you were wondering, grabbed my backpack, slung it over my shoulders, and closed the door behind me.

My goal is to make it to school, without seeing anyone from school, and since it is raining, make sure I do not step on any worms. Well so far so goo- waaait, is that Alex Wassabi?! I quickly dove into a nearby bush, and peeked through the leaves and branches. He was with one of his friends, I think that's, Yosef (yah I just did that), I'm not sure because his back is facing me. Yosef, another popular fuck boy in the school, he's currently dating Lilly Singh (yah, I did it again, their not actually dating but let's pretend), to be honest I think they're going to end up getting married.

Lilly is a good girl, and how they met each other was, exactly like a rom com. Yosef has stopped being, a fuck boy, and they are the schools top couple. Alex has been trying to find a girlfriend, in a rom com way to, and he needs a nerd, or a good girl for that matter, not one of his side hoes, so he can compete against is best friend. Now when are they going to move? I really need to get to school. "Party at my house tonight." I heard Alex say, "yo, who else you inviting?" Yosef said back, "you know," Alex said "ohhh, we're doing that tonight." I heard Yosef say back, and they finally started walking.

Oh my gosh, finally at the school. Once they had finally started walking, I followed close behind them, and since they were taller than me, and their legs were longer than mine, they got a head of me way faster. So they never saw me. "Hi!" Aspyn said to me with her arms out, near my locker " hey" I said back, and accepted her hug. "What took you so long, you're usually earlier than I am." Aspyn asked me "it was nothing" I told her, as I opened my locker, and took my books out, stuffed my backpack in the locker, and shut it. Aspyn and I, walked together to our first period class, which was gym, great. Aspyn and I, are usually the first few ones in the change rooms, and for my gym strip, I have a tank top, from obviously Pink, and the same pair of black leggings. Alex was, obviously one of the best at whatever we are doing in gym, and Aspyn and I, we are ok, well Aspyn is ok, I'm terrible at everything, except for dodge ball. We rarely get to play dodge ball, which sucks, but today was different." Everyone shush." how gym teacher Mr. Tanner yelled, and the gym immediately quieted down, " Today we will be playing dodge ball, Ms. Karens class on that wall, and Mr. Pikes class on that wall." Mr. Tanner said, motioning to the two side of the gym. Our class, or Ms. Karens class, was on the left side of the gym. " You guys all know the rules, you can dodge balls with another ball, but if you kick the ball you are out. You guys got that?!" He yelled " YES!" We all yelled back, "great, I don't want to hear any complaining, NOW GO!" I quickly ran to the middle of the gym to retrieve a ball, I made it just in time before the other girl grabbed it from me, and I shot her "you're out!" I said before I ran back to retrieve another ball. I ran next to Aspyn, just in time to see her get hit by a ball, "shit" she said " you kill em'" she told me with a wink as she started for the back wall, where a bunch of kids had started to gather. I grabbed another ball, and threw it at a girl and it hit her right in the thigh, her lips said shit and she walked to the back wall, YaSSs.

Our class dominated the other class. " Great game, bro" I heard Alex say to Yousef with a high five, " I did like all of the work." Alex bragged, um, yeah right I actually got sixty percent of them out, he got one guy out and of course the girls all cheered for him, except for Aspyn she was sitting in the corner rolling her eyes. " Cocky much." Aspyn whispered in my ear, " yeah, no shit." I said back laughing.
