Raising Baby Direction

Chapter 24

-1 week later-

Today is our first baby check up for baby number 6. I glance at the clock as I hear Nytalia start crying. 8 am in the dot. I roll to face Niall since it's his turn to get the kids and Nytalia ready for the day.

He groaned and rolled out of bed kissing me on the cheek before walking out to get Nytalia. I try to roll back over and go to bed but sleep isn't coming so I get out of bed just in time to see Niall trying to braid Neveah's hair while holding Nytalia. 

I couldn't help but start laughing because Nytalia kept pulling the hair out of the braid he had just done. I take Nytalia from him so he can finish Neveahs hair and start breastfeeding her.

"Mommy, can we go see baby today," Nova said getting on the couch beside me.

"Novi, you'll be in school when I go see the baby. But I'll record it for you ok sugar."

She nodded before Niall yelled for the kids to get their shoes on. I watched all my kids but of course the one I'm feeding walk to the shoe holder and start putting there shoes on.

Soon they were gone and I had to get ready for the appointment. I quickly threw on my clothes and put my 7 week old daughter in her car seat to go see my 7 week old in tummy baby.

"You ready to go see you baby? Are you baby girl?"

She smiled which I assumed was just gas but I took as she wanted a baby sibling. I carried the car seat out to the car before I put her in then we were off to pick up Kimi.

As I pulled up to the house, she was standing outside holding her daughter. She slowly walks to the car and puts Love in the car.

"Sorry, mom can't watch her on Tuesday and Grace couldn't because she has her 6 kids."

I nodded smiling before driving to the doctors appointment. I could see Kimis bump showing slightly. I know mine would be bigger if I was carrying the baby.

As we get to the hospital I park in the way way back so I don't get noticed before running to our appointment.

Soon enough, I saw the tiny blob that would soon be our daughter or maybe hopefully son. I couldn't help but cry as I held my daughter in my arms.

Kimi and Love stared at the tiny blob of baby on the screen before love said she didn't like it and started throwing a tantrum. Kimi just said thank you to the doctor before getting ready to go.

I had them print the picture for Niall before we left and I took them home. I asked that Kimi doesn't bring love to anymore appointments since she was very distracting. She just nodded and said see you in 3 weeks for our next appointment.

I drove home and showed all the girls my baby and they were all smiles. I then picked up the kids from
School and Niall from the studio and we had a family day. It was great.
