I spent half the night texting with Rachel and Hannah about our dates. I learned that Hannah and Harry went to a park and had a picnic dinner, yet it turned out to be an outdoor movie too. I also learned that Niall and Rachel ditched their original plan to go out to a fancy restaurant and they went to the Zoo and beach instead. I shared every little detail with them about my date with Liam.

We're all hanging out today. We have a five-day weekend this weekend, due to veterans day. None of us had gotten calls or texts after the dates last night, so we are getting together to discuss the best way to go about letting One Direction know that, we want to see them again.

I turn over in my sheets, it's five in the morning and I still can't sleep. I can't get the date out of my mind... I can't get the entire day, yesterday, out of my mind. I can't get HIM out of my mind. I throw my arms above my head, letting them land hard against my pillow and mattress. I'm really tired, exhausted really, but I can't sleep.

Unhappy by the pressure I feel on my bladder, I fling my covers to the side. As unmotivated as humanly possible, I drag my feet into the restroom, and relive myself.

I'm the only one home right now, my dad left for work at four thirty and my sister; whom isn't in college yet, stayed the night at a friend's house. I might as well enjoy it while it lasts.

On my way to the kitchen I slide into my slippers, and pull my tank top down over my belly button piercing. I fill my tea kettle with water and place it on the smoldering back burner of our stove. Staring at the shiny container, I wait for my tea water to boil. Insomnia is getting the best of me, I'm hoping a warm cup of camomile tea will ease my nerves and help me rest.

I lean over my stove crossing my arms, using them as a pillow I lay my head down on them. I close my eyes and stretch my back while trying to let my muscles relax. Suddenly, I am so rudely disturbed by my cat meowing at the back door. She's an outside cat and a great little pest.

"cyan...shut up, you don't get fed until noon." mumble under my breath. I close my eyes again and let my body relax, I think she heard me and she understood that I hadn't gotten any sleep yet, because her feline cries, had grown silent. I feel my self sleepily smile and I let it fall as I barely start to drift.

Despite my awkward position, of half standing and half leaning, against my kitchen stove. I'm unconvincingly, comfortable and I could easily fall asleep here.

-knock, knock, knock, knock- I hear a knock at the back door. Who in the hell could it be? It's five in the morning. I walk around to the side of the fridge and grab my house key that is hanging up above. I shuffle my feet over to the back door, I move the curtain and look out. I see the back of someone's head, a male to be exact but I can't tell who it is, it's still kind of dark out and I have sleep heavy on my eyes.

Turning the key in the door, I unlock it.

"Did I wake you?" Liam turns his head around and looks straight at me. Fuck. It's him, and I look terrible.

"no, I haven't gotten any sleep yet." I look at the flor hiding my face.

"me either...."

"here come in." I hold the door open for him and he steps inside.

"what brings you to my neck of the woods...?" I smile at him and he smiles back.

"well... I needed to see if you were the beautiful girl I kissed and spent time with last night." Liam steps closer to me, he has his hands behind his back.

"what?" I question, I'm confused. Of course I was the girl he was with.

"are you my Cinderella?" he smiles at me and then takes what he was holding out from behind his back. I smile so big at his reference to a Disney movie, he pulls out my pink heels that I forgot last night.
