"Hi Allen, Peter." I great Carlisle's parents as I enter their kitchen.
As usual Peter is reading the daily news paper and Allen is making breakfast.
"Hi sweety. I didn't know you came over." She says smiling.
"I know right. It was actually unplanned." I mutter lowly as I take a seat on the kitchen island.
"Its nice seeing you nevertheless." Peter speaks up for the first time and peers over to look at me through his glasses.
"Nice seeing you too Peter." I say as he scrutinizes me.
"Do I have something on my face?" I ask as his gaze in me makes me uncomfortable. " please tell me its not drool."
Both of them burst out laughing and I quickly release my hair from a bun and let it cover my blushing face.
"What's so funny here." Carlie joins us and I run out of the room.
"Sorry... Autumn come back." Allen shouts.
"Autumn?" I hear Carlie ask but u am too busy running to even stop.
Yep.
Carlie apparently does not know that I slept in there house and in her bed room and on her very own coach.
I look at the mirror until I an staring but there is nothing on my face.
They should have been making fun of me.
I take a shower and borrow some of Carlie's decent clothing and by decent I mean a pair of blue skinny jeans and long sleeved white tee.hjjj
I add on the l of converse I had assisted & last year and she forgot that they belong to me and not us.
I pull my hair in a pony and step out.
" you never told me...wait...that is how you are going?" She gaped.
"Yeah." I looked at myself and shrugged." Should I change?"
"No no you look great. Now go and take breakfast I'll be there in five and we leave." She says shoving me up to the stairs.
She grabs my hand and looks at me then runs off yo her room smiling.
I shrug again and walk down the stairs.
My pancake and beacon are already set and so I join the Robinson's on the table.
Johnny, Carlie's little brother is the only one who does not look up when I take a seat.
"You look worse than carlie looks when she wears that." Peter says and my eyebrows crease.
"Thanks?" I snort as I fill my mouth with a piece of pancake.
A humongous one actually.
"Finally a girl who eats like a guy! Phew! I was wondering whether they still exist." Carlie's big brother, Edward, says.
He pecks my check and I brush my hand over it.
"Ew." I say trying to feign disgust but failing miserably.
"You secretly like it and we all know that, don't we?" He says and everyone nods in agreement.
"Well I don't." I say.
He walks over to the fridge and gets a cartoon of milk out and drinks from it.
"Gross." Carlie says on my behalf.
And the nitwit guy actually smiles.
What's with this family and smiling?
"We should go Autumn before we get late." Carlisle grabs my arm and pulls me as I shove the last bit of Allen's super Bacon in my mouth.
