Penny's P.O.V
"I'm home!" I shout, my mom walks into the hall, holding a bag of flour. "Hey pen-" she puts her hand over her mouth. Damn, I forgot, my cut!
"Oh i had a dodge ball accident, quite funny really," I manage to fake laugh. She sympathetically smiles, "oh Hun." She hugs me and goes back into the kitchen. I've never told anyone about the bulling, I'm too scared.
I walk up the stairs dragging my bag behinds me. I'm so glad it is Friday. That means no Luke for the weekend.
I walk down the hall then I turn at my room, my door is open a bit, I bet it's daisy my whippet, she always manages to get in my room and sleep on my bed. I open my door, "daisy, why are you in my roo-" I'm looking at the floor and there are a pair of vans trainers on my floor, I look up a bit, black skinny jeans, a black T, and a a blonde quiff. Luke Is in my room. "Ahhhhhhhhh!" I scream, he steps back a bit. I here my mom running up the stair and down the hall, I am frozen. "Honey, what is wrong," she looks at me wide eyed. I can't speak, I just point at Luke. "Oh, yea, Penny, this is luke, he is staying with us for a month, his parents are on holiday in Spain and well since I'm friends with them I agreed, he will have to share a room with you this weekend. Don't worry the spare room will be done on Monday." She smiles at me and goes back down stairs to finish dinner.
Once my mom leaves It is sooo awkward, but the weird thing is he isn't bulling me, he is not even giving me a dirty look. It's strange I didn't know my mom was best friends with my bullies mom! Luke is sat on my bed in his phone, I am just stood awkwardly staring at my dresser. Luke turns his phone off, oh great now he is looking at me. "Its your bed, you can sit on it" he chuckles at me, but not in the mean way that he normally does. I sit down on the edge of my bed. He smirks "So, how was school today" here's the Luke I no, always trying to cause trouble. "You should know, you ruined it for me." I look at him In the eyes. He glances at the cut that he gave me today. "Penny, I'm-" I feel like he is going to say sorry, but then his phone vibrates. He puts his phone to his ear. "Yo Ashton. I am at home. No you can't come over. Because I said no. Fuck off! Bye" he rolls his eyes, sighs and puts his phone in his pocket. "Why did you lie like that?" I ask, I never speak to luke, so I am surprised at myself. He looks at the floor, " I didn't want him getting the wrong Idea..." He looks up at me. Why is he acting so, shy and acting like he is a victim!? I roll my eyes, "why, it's not like we are hooking up?" I feel my cheeks flush deep red when I said that, why I said that I don't know. He sits back on my bed. "I'm sorry" he mumbles "what?" I ask him, just incase I Misheard. "I said I'm sorry" he looked me right in the eye. "Sorry for what Hun?" My mom came in with a tray or homemade pizza and cans of coke. "Do you like pizza luke?" My mum asked. Even I new Luke likes pizza. " yea!" He said loudly, then he started blushing. "Oh that's good sweety." She then left the room. I looked at Luke he was wolfing down his pizza and I couldn't help but giggle, he looked at me and raises his eye brow. "What?" He said laughing a bit. I ate my pizza and went to pick up my last slice when Luke grabbed it. I looked at him and frowned at him, then laughed. He took a big bite then handed it back, I just set it back down on my plate, so he took it again and continued to eat it.
After dinner Luke just sat on his phone, I can't stop thinking about him saying sorry, maybe ashton set him up... I just don't know! and I finished my homework. "Your such a nerd" he laughed. Even though he was joking, it really got to me, every thing Luke says gets to me, and before I realised a tear fell from my eye. "Oh, Penny I am so sorry!" Luke jumped up. Why is he helping me! He sees me cry every day! I wiped my eyes and jumped up. "I am ok, I'm just gonna jump in the shower." He nodded and put his phone to his ear, presume it was Ashton, I grabbed my towel and PJ's while Luke spoke on the phone. "What the hell! No! I am not going to a party tonight. Why? It's non of your business! Shut up asshole! Bye."
Why is he so moody with ashton, he is normally laughing with him (at me). I went to the bathroom. I closed the door, I went to lock it then remembering we don't have a lock I worried, it's not like Luke will spy on me though. My shower only took fifteen minutes, I got out and put my underwear and bra on, when the door opened. Luke came in covering his eyes. "Sorry! Sorry, I just needed a pee so bad!" He unzipped his jeans so I turned around. "Your not looking are you?" He says still covering his eyes with his hand. "No!" Luke zips his jeans back up and takes his hand down. He turns to me and I tighten my towel but then it slipped and i am stood in my pants and bra in front of Luke. "Wow..." His eyes widen, as he looks at me. I pick my towel back up and blush. "Sorry," he mumbles and awkwardly walks out. I look at my self in the full length mirror, what does he mean wow? I put my PJ's on, a baggy grey top and some loose leggings. I brushed my hair and put it in a side plait. I walk out the bathroom and back to my room. Luke is lying under my covers up against the wall. We're am I sleeping then?
"We're am I sleeping?" I shuffle my foot on my carpet. He stares at me for a second, "uh, here?" He says. Oh my god, I can't sleep in bed with him?!
"Oh" I guess u have no choice. I pull up the covers and get in bed, it's only a single, this is so awkward! My body is touching Luke's body, he is lying on his side facing me on his phone. In lying on my back, also on my phone. My phone vibrates.

Luke looks over at my phone, oh great, he grabs my phone and mumbles "dick!" He gives me my phone back and his phone vibrates. "Hey Ashton, why don't you just leave her she's not worth it! No! I don't have a crush on her! Just stop being an ass, yea I will be out tomorrow why? About ten in the morning. Yea ok." Luke hung up and bit down on his lip. " you are so confusing" I say and roll over. "Yea... I'm sorry... Night pen." Pen? Why is he nick naming me? And why did he tell ashton to stop? He has been bulling me for a year so why now?
I just close my eyes and go to sleep.
