My Brother Comes To Visit (Green Day)

Chapter Six

                After Tre and I had found out about Faith and Billie dating, we had all went to bed and it was now 8 am and I had woken up. This was not normal for me, like I have mentioned, but it was normal for the band, and I really wanted to see/hear their reactions to our pranks. I wasn’t up for even ten minutes when I heard a way girly scream and footsteps coming toward my room. I couldn’t even wait until they got here to start laughing and I just died. I was laughing for a solid minute and the whole time someone was knocking on my door. I finally said for it to open and there, in my doorway, stood a pink haired Tre in only a towel. Now, on any other circumstance I would have screamed at him to get some clothes on, but right now all I could is laugh.

                “This is not funny, Eliza! Look at my hair! It is pink, for crying out loud!”

                “I know! That was my idea! Love you Tre!” He shook his head and walked back to his room. After this, not even a minute later I hear Mike run into my room because the door was still open. Why does everybody always come to my room when they get pranked? There is also Faith and Damian!

                “Eliza, why the heck would you do such a thing?! This stuff tastes nasty!”

                “Technically, I wasn’t the one that put the shaving cream in the tube that was Damian. I out the hair dye in Tre’s shampoo!”

                “Well, I can more than bet on the fact that you came up with the idea! Everyone knows that you are the ultimate prank master!” I just smiled and took in the wonderful compliment. At this time I hear Tre’s voice float down the hallway defending his honor.

                “No she isn’t, I am!”

                “Yeah right, Tre, you know you aren’t! I beat you ten to one! Even your own band members agree with me! Isn’t that right guys?” I yelled so everyone would hear me. Billie yelled that I was right and Mike agreed. I guess everyone was awoken by our yelling and the rest of the people staying in my home were soon outside my door. This consisted of Faith, Billie, Damian, Tre, and Mike. Faith looked at Tre and said, “She’s right dude, she is way better at pranks then you are. Keep trying though, you might beat her one day.” Everyone looked at each other and started bursting out laughing and then almost in sync s said, “Yeah right!”

                “You guys are mean.” Tre commented while pouting his lip and crossing his arms. I decided to tease him more so I went over to him and pinched his cheeks while I said, “Ah, it’s okay Tre, we aren’t mean, we are just brutally honest!” I laughed and let go of his cheeks when he swatted my hands.

                “Anyways, it’s pretty hot outside today, you guys wanna go swimming?” I asked everybody so we had something to do. I’m also pretty sure that if we go swimming at least one prank will happen and I’m all up for that.

                “Yeah sure, anybody else?” asked Faith. Everyone agreed and we all went to get our swimsuits on. It was early in the morning so most of us still had our pajamas on and those who didn’t had either taken a shower and got their hair dyed pink or had just changed.

                After every one had got changed we all met up by my back door so we could all go out to the pool together. Faith just had her shorts and her t shirt on with her swimsuit on underneath it, because she wasn’t going to swim. No one else knew that she wasn’t going to, but I did, because if I didn’t what kind of best friend I am? All in all Tre had Green Day swimming trunks on *insert eye roll*, Billie had black swimming trunks on, Mike had red swimming trunks on, Damian had orange swimming trunks on (his mother died of leukemia so he wears orange a lot now), Faith had on her one piece swim suit on with her shorts and t shirt over it, and I had on my black bikini with skulls covering it and a little white skull bead on the top.
