On the first semester, Baekhyun and Taeyeon were classmates in their music class, they grew closer with one another to the point where she began to develop strong feelings for him more than as a friend. Taeyeon tried to confess her feelings towards him but she ultimately failed at it, she even wrote a " i like you" on a piece of paper, crumbled it up and threw it at him during class but it somehow managed to land on his crotch area instead on his desk which made the situation more awkward than it seemed, and what's even worst was he didn't even read the note instead he just passed it onto her in a gentleman like manner.
Then a lot more things happened after that, Taeyeon couldn't forget all the long stares they had with one another as they conversed about random topics during class like that one time when they reminisced about the mean and kind teachers they had in Junior High, how they failed some classes and laughed at some old habits that they had back then.
As the months passed by, Taeyeon enjoyed the moments she had with him until she didn't even realize that they only had a few days left till the semester ends. She wanted to spend the last times that they have with one another to its fullest, so instead of studying for their finals and going over their review they just conversed about what classes they would have next semester and so on. Baekhyun brought up the topic how it was a miracle passing the class although he never really paid attention during class time because he was always on his phone at all times.
Then Taeyeon had the courage to say " So who you texting, huh? your girlfriend? "
" No." He responded with a dirty look.
" Oh, okay. Sorry, so do you have a girl friend?" Taeyeon asked
" No" he replied with a smile on his face as Taeyeon cheered inside of her.
There was an awkward silence between them as she tried to break it off starting another topic but she couldn't think of anything until the bell saved her.
The following morning Taeyeon had told Baekhyun that she wanted to fix her schedule which meant that they won't be seeing each other as classmates anymore. Baekhyun was saddened by this idea of Taeyeon leaving him with the bad teacher so he also changed his mind and wanted to fix his schedule, she apologized to him, but Taeyeon was upset at the fact that she won't be in the same class as him. But she couldn't take back what she said, she wondered if she never told him that then they would still be in the same class together, helping each other out and sharing great moments.
--------------------------------------- SEMESTER TWO ----------------------------------------------
It was a monday morning and everyone rushed to their class on their last semester of high school. Taeyeon a short stubby girl walked to her class as if it was a mission, she looked down with sadness in her eyes as she worries that she wouldn't know any body in her class, she regretted not having Baekhyun in the same class anymore but she can't do anything about it now.
Taeyeon tried her best to stay awake in all of her classes, but as the day ended she poured a small amount of wine on a glass and drank it in one go. After a few drinks she felt tipsy, she had her hand on the edge of the chair and sat down as she surfed through the internet. She even messaged Baekhyun how special of a person he is to her without even realizing the consequences of this.
The following morning as Baekhyun passed by Taeyeon as they walked to their destination, she wanted to hide from her embarrassment of confessing her feelings to him without even getting a reply so whenever she see's him in the hallway she would hide from him or try to look away from him. In return, him and his friend would just smile or laugh at her timid actions and not even say hi to her at the hallways after what she had said to him.
At the end of the week Taeyeon realized that maybe he didn't reply to her because he didn't feel the same way for him. Therefore, Taeyeon is saddened of this thought because it feels as if she was the only one trying for him and he is not reciprocating his feelings in return.
Taeyeon started to have insecurities and her self to the point where self esteem became really low.
She tried picking herself up again but she just doesnt have the courage to. Although it will take time for her to recover from a heartbreak she doesnt want to remember him as a bad memory but as a lesson in her life and hope that maybe one day he'll realize what he has lost.
