Chapter 2//Worse

Btw, that pic up there is Mark and I...sorry if I cracked your screen..😐 I couldn't think of a picture to put up there so I just put that one. Also, Jordyn is supposed to kinda represent me. But the pic in the very beginning isn't me...I wish.😕😂😘

Jordyn's POV
As Mark and I walked down the school's sidewalk, he asked me things like what grade I'm in, my last name, and other random things.

"Hi! How can I help you two?" The woman behind the counter greets us.

"Actually, we need 2 things," Mark replied. "This is Jordyn Parks, she is new here and we need her schedule...we also need to see the nurse.

The woman quickly typed something and the printer started to print. She turned back to us. She stood up and brought us into the nurses office.

"Hello! Oh my what happened here?!" The nurse says while bringing me to a counter in the back. She started to dress the wounds.

My eyes turned to look straight at Mark.

"Well, we were on our way to the bus stop and we weren't looking where we were going. All of a sudden, she ran into a pole!" Mark quickly blurts out trying to make it sound like it was the truth.

"Must've been a hard pole." she said.

"It hurt!" I chuckled.

She finished cleaning up my face. Mark and I walked back into the office and the woman behind the counter handed Mark my schedule.

"We have 1st, 3rd, 7th, and 8th together!" Mark said with a smile.

"Yay! I actually have SOMEONE that I know in a few of my classes." I cheerfully said.

Mark's POV
I was happy to know that we have a few classes together...I just wish it was all.😩 I really hope she doesn't have any classes with Maddie. Jordyn is her target. I want to be there with her every minute of every day.

We walked out of the office and I showed her to her locker and 1st period...math. Thank god Maddie wasn't in here. If she was, I would have to keep Jordyn as far away as possible. I don't want her getting hurt.

I sat at a desk, her sitting in the one right next to mine.

I had no friends in this class, except Jordyn.

Skip class...it's boring...😂

Jordyn's POV
Mark wished me good luck for second period. But, I had none at all.

I walked in to my second period room. I was early, the teacher wasn't present. There were a few other kids in the room. I recognized only one.
It was Maddie.

She turned and looked me straight in the eyes. Her stare made my heart beat a million times per second.

"Well well well...looks like we've got us a pleasant surprise." She said slowly walking closer to me.

I backed up...running into a wall.

"What's wrong? Is your little boyfriend not here to save you? Boo hoo." She grinned an evil grin. "Your just a little piece of garbage. Your invisible to the world. You mean nothing."

She pushed me into a shelf. The teacher walked in.

"What is going on over there?!" She screeched.

"Nothing, there was just a bee in the room, must've flew in from the window. I was just helping Jordyn out by flicking it off of her."

"Oh, ok. Take your seats everyone!"
The teacher commanded and class started.

A few hours later...

Lunch, finally. When I walked into the lunch room, I saw Mark sitting at a large table with a few other boys and girls. He waved me over. I went and took a seat next to him.

"Guys, this is Jordyn." Mark told the other kids sitting at the table.

"Jordyn, this is Hunter, Brandon, Jacob, Weston, Maris, RaeLynn, Carlie, and Ciara." He said while pointing at each person. I waved, trying to be polite.

We all sat together, eating and chatting.

After lunch...
Maddie wasn't in any other class with me..thank god. My new friends were in a few, as well as Mark. The rest of the day was good...until the bus pulled in, to take us home.
