"Gale?", Both my parents said in unison, I grab Austin's hand and he whispers in my ear, "I think they know each other." I nod and Gale says, "It's me." Mom stutters and shakes her head at him, "No, you left me." "GALE!", she's screaming now tears streaming down her face, "YOU LEFT ME! PRIM DIED FROM THE BOMB YOU MADE AND YOU LEFT! How?", she starts to whisper and break down I try to blame it on the baby but that's not the reason. Prim died from Gale's bomb? I have never been told about my aunt's death and now it's coming all at once.
"I DIDN'T CAUSE PRIM'S DEATH YOU KNOW THAT!", Gale is now equally screaming back at her, "DONT YOU KNOW THAT? I LEFT BECAUSE I ONLY LOVED YOU! I LOVED YOU AND YOU BLAMED ME! I NEVER WANTED TO SEE YOU THAT HURT!" , Gale breathed heavily and hoarsely whispered, "But I'm over you now so...." They continue to bicker and my dad starts to press his head. "Uh guys!", I yell but they don't listen my dad keeps pressing and I whisper to Austin, "If they don't get quiet soon my dads going to crack.", Austin glances at my dad and says back, "Has he done it before?""No." I say back and dad stands up.
"Mutt!", he calls to Mom, "Mutt! Mutt!" He grabs a knife and points it towards her, "Mutt!" My mom backs up tears on her face, "no.", she pleads, "Please, your daughter, you can't!", Dad glares at her and screams again, "Mutt! Mutt!" "Peeta you love me, please, your daughter!", my mom continues to plead with him, "NO!", my dad barks at her, "YOUR JUST SAYING THAT! YOU WANT TO KILL ME, MUTT!", I stare at him in shock and say to him, "Dad?" He turns to me, "Mutt! You're a mutt too!" "No she's not Dad!", Rye calls out and Dad looks back at me, "Dad?! You both are mutts!", My mom screams, "Peeta No!", And my Dad screeches, "Enough!" I barely have time to scream as my dad chucks his knife at me and Austin jumps in front of me taking it to the gut.
