For the next few days, I stayed as close to the phone as possible, barley leaving the shelter, and grabbing it whenever it rang. I couldn't let Justin or anyone know where I lived because that would probably lower my chances a lot at getting this job. Everytime the shrill noise of the phone rang my heart would skip a beat then I'd be let down when it wasn't for me.
By the time the phone did ring for me it was 7pm on Tuesday. I answered the phone warily and the voice of Justin's manager was on the other end.
"Hello, is this Olivia Reynolds?"
My heart jumped. I replied with a yes my voice quivering with fear and excitement.
"We're pleased to inform you that we've given you the part as Justin Biebers star dancer, rehearsals start tomorrow at 10 am sharp at MSG. Can you make it?"
I squealed down the phone. This was it. I was finally going to make it.
"Of course I can make it! Thank you so much!" I managed to get the words out. We said our goodbyes and hung up. I span around and jumped about tears streaming down my face in happiness. I could get out of the homeless shelter and finally have a real home. Put my past behind me!
Suddenly Martha came into the room hearing the noise. I jumped into her arms hugging her and spinning around.
"I made it Martha, I really made it!"
"So i take it you got the job?" She smiled and celebrated with me. Life was getting better at last.
JUSTIN'S POV
Ever since I'd seen Olivia Reynolds I couldn't stop thinking about her. The moment she began to dance I knew I was going to pick her. The way she moved was amazing and mesmerizing. It was also a plus that she was beautiful. Her dark brown her flowed behind her and she had a spark in her eyes I've never seen before. It's just annoying that she was the last girl to audition,it would've been easier if she was first. But you know what they say. Save the best till last, and she was definitely the best.
