Chapter 2: The Party

Chapter 2: The Party

When I got home I texted my mom and told her that we would be going to a party tonight. She was used to it because it happened every year.

I quickly went up to my room, knowing that my brother would be home soon and he wants me to get ready fast.

I looked through my closet looking for anything decent to wear. Being the person I am, I wear a dress, but bring some jeans and a sweatshirt.

Tonight I was wearing, a sparkly red dress that was short. I was going to wear white flats since I can't walk in heels. I don't even know why I own them. After I chose my outfit I got into the shower.

My shower lasted about 45 minutes. I needed to wash my hair with coconut shampoo and conditioner. Then scrub my face with some acne preventing cream. Then I just stood there because I was bored and the party wasn't for another 4 hours.

I finally got out though, the water quickly became cold. I put my robe on after wrapping my hair in a towel. I quickly went down to the kitchen to grab a quick snack. Some coke and a slice of pizza, that would do for now.

As I was passing Liam's room, I noticed his friends were inside. Just my luck. I ran to my room an slammed the door shut and locked it. They all just saw me in a robe carrying a 2 liter bottle of coke and a slice of pizza. I'm so attractive. Whatever.

I sat down and watched girl code until I finished my pizza and half my coke.

When that happened, I got ready.

I unwrapped my hair and brushed through it. After putting a bunch of mousse in it, I twisted my side bangs and clipped them to side. Applying deodorant and then putting on my strapless dress followed by my flats, I was almost ready.

I struggled to put on mascara since I hate makeup, but after a few times of getting it in my eyes. I was successful and it didn't look half bad.

I was all ready for the party. I looked at the clock and saw it was 6:30. Apparently time has wings. The party was at 7. I quickly brushed my teeth and put perfume on to complete the outfit.

I texted Sabrina and Olivia and sent them a picture of what I was wearing. They sent their pictures also. Olivia was in a turquoise dress similar to mine and she wore light makeup and white flats. Her hair was up in a neat bun. A braid around where she had put her hair tie.

Sabrina was wearing navy blue half shoulder sequined dress and she wore the same make up as I did. Her hair was down and she had straightened it, so it was down to her waist.

They were both ready. As soon as I heard my phone click shut, I grabbed a small hand purse, throwing my phone in there along with some money just in case.

I walked out of my room to see the boys all in regular jeans and blazers, wearing white shirts underneath. They all matched except for their shoes.

"Are you ready?" Harry asked approaching me while reaching for my hand. I drew it back, so he wouldn't touch it. "Yes."

"Then lets go." We all hopped into Harry's black range rover. Of course I had to sit in the front, Harry's orders of course. We quickly got to the place where the party was occurring and it turned out to be Louis' flat, considering his was the biggest. It was also away from a lot of the houses, so they wouldn't complain about the noise. His backyard was huge and it was set up for a party. Most of the guests had already arrived. The DJ was playing some tracks, while people were getting drinks and food.

I texted Sabrina and Olivia to find out where they were and I swear they read my mind. They both poked my shoulders and said "We're right here!" I almost had a heart attack.

"Shit, guys don't do that! My blood pressure could have gone up." Oh my god, I sound like my mom. "Well lets go dance." Sabrina went with her boyfriend and Olivia grabbed hers as well. She apparently was back with the boy she really liked, Ashton. I was the only single one out of the group. "Do you want to dance?" It was an offer I wanted from someone else, but it had to do.

"I guess, styles." We made our way out to where a bunch of people were dancing. After a few songs, I went to grab a drink. I headed inside with Harry and some of his best friends. Some people had started a game of spin the bottle. I don't know why I did, but I joined. They told Harry to start off the game.

The bottle spun and it landed on the girl next to me. They kissed and she spun it. It landed on Sabrina's boyfriend. The girl didn't even care she just went for it. Sabrina didn't care much because her boyfriend didn't show any sign of interest. Her boyfriend spun and it landed on Louis. Louis spun and it landed on Harry.

Everyone ooed. To be honest I thought Louis was pretty cute. They both leaned in and the kiss was short. The game went on for a while and surprisingly, it never landed on me.

Jay and Sabrina left the circle without anyone noticing except me.

Sabrina's POV

"Jay lets go. I'm getting tired of this game." He grabbed my hand and led me upstairs to a room where nobody was in. We thought that we might crash here tonight, considering we had no ride home and if we even bothered to call our parents they wouldn't come.

He locked the door to make sure no one got in. I put on the clothes that I had brought in my purse. I went to the bathroom and brushed my hair and teeth. I then removed my make up so I could go to sleep. I charged my phone in the bathroom.

As soon as I stepped out I saw Jay putting on his boxers. I quickly turned away, which earned a chuckle from him. He saw my reaction when he turned around. "You're so innocent."

"No, I'm not!" I protested. I have a very sexy mind, but he's right. When it comes to reality, I run away from what's happening in my mind. If that makes any sense.

"Yes you are."

"I'll prove to you that I'm not."

"And, How will you do that?" Good question. I thought about it. Maybe if I gave my V-card to him. I mean we've been together long enough. We've seen each other naked before when we were dressing and we were comfortable. We've been together 2 and 1/2 years now. I'm ready for it and he is too, so why not.

"Like this." I walked over to the bathroom and stripped into my lingerie.

I walked out and pushed him on the bed. The rest was history.

Olivia's POV

Tonight was the best. It may be because I'm drunk or on a sugar high, but it was amazing. I played beer pong for the first time. Me and Ashton didn't fight once, we just got together.

Right now I'm in a room with him. His arms are wrapped around my waist and the moment is just perfect. I feel safe in his arms for once and nothing can change my mood. He's here to protect me and I'm happy.

I felt myself drifting off into happy sunshine land where my sleep will be filled with wonderful happy dreams.

Thais' POV

I was still outside with Harry. Surprisingly I was having a good time.

A slow song was playing when he grabbed my hand. "What are you doing?" I asked, scurrying along behind him.

"I want to dance."

He attached his arms at my waist, keeping a secure hold. I put my arms around his neck and we swayed to the beat. When I looked up there were stars shining everywhere. Fireworks were then heard above us and it displayed: Here's to a new school year.

After that firework faded. A new one saying: 2013-2014 lit up the sky in bright colors. The sky then blew out into an explosion of fireworks. Everyone was distracted and amazed. I felt a tap on my shoulder. I tilted my head up and I was met with beautiful green eyes. He leaned in and I did the same. In the spur of the moment, I had my first kiss.

It was a great way to finish off an unexpected night.
