Chapter 3

My alarm goes off, and I roll out of bed. I enter my bathroom, and turn the shower on. I get into the shower, and ten minutes later, I get out. 

I know that seems like a short shower, and it is, but I can't waste any time unless I want a cranky mother yelling at me in the morning when you are still half asleep.

I got dressed into a dress that was black on top with a little lace work, and teal on the bottom. Then, I put on some tall black wedges that had a small strap going around your ankles. I applied some makeup, and then grabbed my school and soccer bag. I went downstairs for breakfast until I hear a car horn. I look out the window, and I see Zach. I shout good bye, and walk out to Zach's car, and get in the passenger's seat. 

"Hey, babe," he says.

"Hey," I reply.

We continue to school, and go our separate ways. Not before kissing though. I get to my locker when I see there's a note taped onto it. I take the note, and open it up. It read:

Remember today's gym class? Well, Mr. Grant told me this morning that we have to work out at our own houses now because he has something else planned for us. #Shoot Me. You wanna meet up after school tryouts and work out at my place? We need to win first place! If not, it's fine. See ya at gym,

"Are you kidding me?" I say to myself. "Whatever."

I place it in my locker, and head to first period.

My morning sucked, other then when Zach came and picked me up this morning. It's lunch, and for some reason, I'm all alone. I take that back, just as I pick up my sandwich, Ben sits next to me.

"Excuse me," I snap.

"Oh don't play dumb with me. You know  you like me still," he grins.

"And you know she's taken," Amanda stepped in.

"Bite me," Ben said.

"No one wants you. Now go away before Zach comes." I threaten him.

"I'm serious though. Anyway, can we talk in the hallway. It has to do with my sister. I need your help."

I shake my head, "Fine, but it better be quick."

"Trust me, it will be."

I walk out into the hall with Ben, and as soon as the doors to the cafeteria close, Ben lays a kiss on my lips.

"What the f***," I screech. 

"I told you. You still have feelings for me or else you wouldn't of let me kiss you."

"How does this involve your sister?!"

"She wanted me to kiss you."

"Really?" I ask shocked.

"Yeah." he grins.

"Ugh." I storm off, but Ben grabs my hand and pulls me into for another kiss. 

"Enough!"

I run to the cafeteria doors, and enter the room full of people before Ben can grab my hand again. 

I hate my high school life.

The rest of my classes were a snooze fest, and then comes gym. I over heard the announcements this morning that said there was no gym class today, but I head to the gym anyway because of the note I got this morning.
