*Phil's POV*

"Age?"

"18."

"Insurance number, and company?"

"4780237. The General."

"I'm going to go put this on record. I'll be right back." officer Callahan said.

Dan was currently getting questioned by the police.

"I'm sorry, Phil." Dan apologised.

"It's fine. Just what gave you the bright idea to swing from a freaking chandelier. I mean no sane person does that. Were you trying to copy Wizards of Waverly Place. I'm just-" I stopped when I seen Dan's face. He was looking down, frowning and about to cry. "I'm just glad you're okay. Don't do it again." he looked up tears falling. It broke my heart seeing him like this.

"Okay, Dan. You and your friend have to stay for the night." Officer Callahan said. My eyes widened as Dan wrapped his arms around me and started balling his eyes out.

We are in the jail cell and I've never seen Dan so scared. It's breaking my heart.

"I'm sorry Phil. I don't know what I was thinking. I was just tired of you guys treating me like a kid and telling me to bring kool-aid. I'm so sorry." he said through sobs.

"Oh Dan. I'm sorry I was just kidding I didn't mean it.". I looked over and found a sleeping Dan. Soon after I fell asleep.
