Chapter 1: New Student

Hey guys! Have you guys notice that theirs a lot of Jack and Kim love stories so how about a Jerry love story for a change instead? Note: I did edit this chapter as I have improved a lot as a writer

Jack, Kim, Milton, Julie, and Jerry were warming up for their daily practice at the dojo.

"Yo guys," asked Jerry, "I'm going to get some fro-yo, you guys want some?"

There was a chorus of "no thanks" and "maybe later's" so Jerry left. After 5 minutes, Rudy came out of his office having another Rudy attack. When he calmed down Jack was the first one to ask him.

"Rudy,whats wrong?" Jack asked him as he walked up to him.

"The new owner of the mall," said Rudy, " is coming to the dojo in 10 mins."

"WHOOOOOH" everyone said while they were looking at each other with surprised faces.

''Wait, does this new owner have a kid?!?"

The last owner had a kid named Arthur and well it didn't end well(who ever names this episode gets a shout out). "Yes, only this time it a girl"

"Well lets hope for the best, I don't want to go through the vents and end up at the nail salon again."

Liliana's POV

Hi my names Liliana but you'll call me Lilly if you don't want to be in the hospital. I'm a second degree black belt and I love to write and sing songs but my dad doesn't let me.

He says that it reminds him of my mom a lot. My dad is going to be the new owner of Sea Ford mall but the only bad thing is that my dad doesn't get along with the other 5 families that help run the place. I also have a hard time making friends since most of them only want to be my "friend" to get discounts on the stores.

After 5 mins we were outside a dojo called Bobby Wasabi.

What a weird name for a dojo? Maybe I can sign up and train here.

When we enter we were greeted by a short man around his mid 30's.

"Hello Rudy'' my dad greeted as we walked up to him with me behind him.

''Mr. Ramirez what a pleasure to meet you" Rudy greeted as he shook my dad's hand smiling big.

"Rudy I want you to meet my daughter Liliana" my dad said as he put his hand around my back and gave me a small push forward.

"Hi it's nice to meet you but I would much prefer it if may call me Lilly." I said as I smiled at him and bow a little bit.

While my dad and Rudy were talking to each other about some of the new rules, I saw some punch dummies.

"Rudy do you mind if I punch them?" I asked him

"Sure, just be careful we wouldn't want you getting hurt", he smiled then turned at my dad again.

Don't want me getting hurt huh? Well let's see if I can still punch.

I went up to the dummy and started punching, the combinations coming back to me. I ended with a superman punch and made the dummy hit the wall a little hard.

"Whoa Lilly you know karate?" I heard Rudy ask as I went back to resting pose

"Well ya a little. I'm actually a second degree black belt. My dad signed me up when I was 3"

"Really? So you wouldn't, I don't know, like to join the dojo?" He asked a like kid asking for a puppy for Christmas.

" Sure I would love to join. I think it might be time for me to start again I suppose."

"Okay Lilly, I'm going to walk with Rudy and discuss the new remodeling. We'll be right back."

After they left, 2 boys and a 2 girls came out of the locker rooms laughing at each other until they saw me standing in the middle of mat.

"Um hello?" I said nervously as I waved a little.

They all smiled and walked up to me.

"Hi, I'm Jack. Are you interested in joining?"

"I already talked to Rudy. I really hope we can get along. I don't really make friends easily." I said quietly

"I'm sure you will fit in with us. We are all a little weird" I smiled at him.

Maybe this place won't be so bad.

" Hey, the names Kimberly but you'll call me Kim if you want a broken arm." She smiled at me

"I'm Liliana but you'll call me Lilly if you want to see the sun rise again."

"Hey, Kim I'm pretty sure we just found your long lost twin."

" Hi I'm Milton and this is my girlfriend Julie. If you ever need anything you can always ask us" he smiled at me as his girlfriend waved.

"Thanks, Milton and Julie, I really appreciate it," I say smiling at them.

" Well that all of us except...."

Out of nowhere, a Latino boy came in yelling from the front door

"Whooooooo! Man sorry I'm late I was just talking to this cu-...Whoa, who's this chick" he said pointing to me.
