A/N: Hey, guys. It's been a long time, and I'm gonna try to get back into a good habit of writing. I am planning on making this a longer fanfiction, likely spanning longer than 20 chapters. I just got the app, and it's wonderful, but I apologize if the spacing's a bit weird. Thank you so much for sticking with me, and enjoy Chapter 9!

The first rock caught Dippers in the shoulder. He heard a crack, and Dipper toppled over, in the eye of Mabel's mini hurricane. He looked up, Mabel was still floating. The storm wad becoming more violent. Small bits of rock were quickly weathering away at the coffin above them. The stone bars holding it up were thinning quickly, and Dipper doubted he could support it's weight...

"MABEL!" He screamed, though even at the top of his lungs, he could hardly hear himself. She was floating but inches away from his face. The tears were still coming. Her face looked like it was wrenching in pain.

Dipper grasped her hand. She shot him a glare. Her teeth were bared. He pulled her down, and embraced her. Even though she was easily the elder by thirty, maybe forty years... He was still taller. She accepted his embrace, but did not return it. The rocks slowed down, eventually falling. The jewel stopped glowing. Mabel fell into Dipper's embrace, sobbing.

"Mabel...I'm so sorry about what happened to m-... To your Dipper..." Dipper started. "But we came down here for a reason. Why are we here?" Mabel stepped back and sniffed. Her jewel glowed softly.

The first coffin in the wall slid out, nearly crushing Dipper. His shoulder was aching like crazy, and his wrist was in equal pain. In all, he was in the epitome of agony.

The coffin lid was lifted by Mabel's jewel aura.

A man lay inside, he was battered and bloody, but was obviously long dead. He had a small jewel around his neck...

"Dipper," Mabel said, her face set in stone.

"We're here for my brother's jewel. Say hello to Dipper Oakes."
