It felt fantastic standing in the middle of the entrance of one my favourite places with none other than my favourite man attached to my hip. Dylan pulled one surprise after another out of that magic hat of his so I couldn't wait to see what was in store for the rest of the day.

"Maggie as you know I have made reservations for dinner tonight and seeing that today is our special day, I wanted to add....well let's just say something more to the whole package."

"Why thank you my dear fiancé. I'm feeling awfully spoilt today!"

"I want nothing but the best for my lady so I want you to browse through these shops and pick out your favourite dress! Just a little present I wanted to give you and it also conveniently solves the problem of what you are going to wear tonight."

"Thank you so much Dylan!" I gushed at him as I jumped into his arms to give him a hug, "that is so sweet of you." He was such a caring and thoughtful person and I felt bad that he was doing so much for me. Whilst being engrossed in all these presents I had forgotten to think about what I should do for him in return. "Honey what have I done? Like I'm not complaining or anything but I don't know what I've done to deserve all this. It's starting to feel like Christmas or something."

"Maggie, you don't need to do anything! By being by my side is the only thing I need and talking about gifts, you've given me the best gift possible by agreeing to marry me."

"You're the sweetest. I love you so much and I hope that you know that you're one of the best things that has ever happened to me in my life."

Getting ready for dinner back at Maggie's house

It was around 7:30pm and Dylan and I had driven back home to get ready for our dinner reservation tonight. Dylan was already dressed in his tux waiting for me in my room doing god knows whatever guys do while they wait for their girl to get dressed. Glancing at my reflection in my bathroom mirror, I didn't actually believe it was me for a second. I redid my makeup adding a bit more foundation and eyeshadow whilst also retouching on my eye-makeup. My hair was in large loose curls and I let it hang behind my shoulders and I painted my nails a bright red so they matched my dress. A few hours ago, Dylan bought for me an elegant red evening gown from Prada and it's actually the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. The red silky dress had straps with an off-the-shoulder style attached to a plunging neckline and large slit on the side which showed off my long legs. It reminded me of my days shooting in a leather chair for Nikita or even climbing out of a Lamborghini during Mission Impossible. This new dress was somewhat in between, a little more revealing than Nikita's dress but less than Zhen's. I was pretty surprised when the costume department let me keep the dresses; even though I probably wouldn't wear them again, it was a nice souvenir. Next I slipped my ring back on and finished off my look with a pair of diamond earrings.

"Fiinnnallllyyyy!!!" Dylan exclaimed as I glided out of the bathroom, "you only took forever."

"Sorrryyyy, after all I am a girl and so it's normal for me to take 'forever'," I retorted back at him. I brushed off my hair to one side as I slipped on my black Valentino stilettos. "Honey, do me a favour and zip me up will you?" I asked Dylan. I stood in front of full length mirror waiting for my fiancé to walk over as he slumped up from the couch.

"Woah Maggie, you look stunning!" he beamed as he zipped me up.

"As are you." I grabbed my clutch sitting on my dressing table with one hand and with the other I lead him out of the room. "I think it's time to go."

At the restaurant

Dylan and I arrived exactly on time as we pulled up into the parking lot. Being the gentlemen he was, Dylan opened my door for me before handing his keys to the concierge.
