It was about 8pm by the time we got back to my house, Woodbury Park was a 25 minute walk from there but we just got my mom to pick us up because I doubt that Laura would really want to walk in the cold and dark. She didn't have any clothes with her so I gave her one of my other band shirts to sleep in, but this time an over-sized Bring Me The Horizon one. There was no need for pants that way. She looked cute as fuck. I was wearing a similar shirt but an Avenged Sevenfold one. I loved how we had the same music taste, it was such a huge turn on. Now wasn't the time to be thinking about my turn on's though- I needed to know what had happened with Jack.
I was just about to ask about Jack but I doubt she would appreciate me being that ignorant. I decided to just bring it up when the topic came about, for now it's best to just let her calm down and clear her head. Getting my laptop, I opened up my iTunes and put on Halsey- it was Strange Love- a song I found out we both liked.
"Everybody wants to know
If we fucked on the bathroom sink

If we were high on amphetamines"
The problem with these lyrics were that they reminded me of how I felt about Laura. I wasn't allowed to like her. Until I know for sure that she's not with Jack anymore my chances with her are at an all time low. I've had crushes before, mostly because of the way someone looked- but never one as intense like this. I was falling for her already and we'd only been talking for a few months. Maybe if I try to ignore my feelings for her tonight won't end up with me being rejected.
"So, what do you wanna do?" I asked her as we continued to listen to Halsey.
"No idea"
In the end we ended up ordering food in, which I didn't mind at all.
Around half an hour later our food came, we'd both ordered a large bag of chips and a 16 inch pepperoni pizza between us. Personally I don't like pepperoni, but if it means she'll eat it then I'm all for if. She looks like she needs to put on weight anyway.
