Looking through the memories (egd fanfic)

Chapter 3;

I got home and was studying for about 25 maybe 30 minutes when I heard my phone buzz. I didn't want to look because I knew that once I looked at my phone I wasn't going to come off of it. But I saw it was a text from Ethan so I looked at it.

Ethan👌🏻😹; Hey are you doing any studying today because I'm kind of scared about flunking this test. You know how shitty I am at science😅

Me; Yeah I'm doing it right now, come over whenever my mum said its fine😉

Ethan👌🏻😹; ok I will come rn😏😏

It never took him that long to get to my house, we only live 3 blocks away, and nothing takes him too long when he comes on his longboard.
About five minutes later the doorbell went off so I got up and answered the door to a very happy Ethan. "Why are you so happy, we are doing chemistry studying, your two least favourite words?" I asked with a grin.
"Because I can see you," he replied. He knew he was being cheesy so I got my two fingers and shoved them down my throat immediately making me gag and we both laughed.
He swung his arm around my shoulder and we walked up to my room.
"So what type of sciency shit are we meant to be doing", he said grinning.
"Chemistry, you know, for the assignment", I replied.
"Do we have too", he moaned, carrying on the the 'too'.
"Well I don't mind, I know everything for the test, you on the other hand are 'shitty at science'",I said, imitating his low voice and giggling.
He just stared at me, almost as if he was thinking of something very important.
...
Then randomly I heard "I love you so much".
"I'm sorry what??" I said brushing my hair out of my face. Realising what he just said.
'I love you so much' he said. Remembering what I overheard when I was at my locker 'keeping a secret from the one I love the most'.
I knew there was no chance on earth that it could possibly be me at the time, but now I am starting to think otherwise.
All this time I knew I loved him, but I just thought him loving me would be some fanciful dream.
"I love you too", I said, staring deep into his eyes, trying not to smile.
But when he did, the biggest smile you had ever seen showed on my face.

Then he leaned in, making our soft lips touch, him not knowing it was my first.

Ethan;
It felt so good, I have never had anyone's lips tough mine before except for at awkward family parties when your grandma decides to give you a horrible sloppy kiss, gross.
But this one felt amazing, she looked so beautiful even though she was wearing my pants she stole from me and a huge jumper, I had never seen her look better.

Ava;
Then our lips came apart. I had never kissed before but I knew that was the best I would ever have, with the person I knew and trusted the most.
And then I leant my head on his leg for about 5 minutes. Never had I felt more safe and comfortable in my life.
I realised at that moment that I loved him, I had never thought about it before because he was way out of my league and I was super grateful for having him as a best friend.

"Hey, we should do something", Ethan said calmly, "are you hungry?"
"Yea kinda", I replied.
"What do you want? I will pay", Ethan asked.
"I don't know, pizza sounds good though, we can watch a film or something with it", I
answered.
"Sounds great", he said smiling and started to stand up and put his jacket on so I went downstairs and shoved on my shoes (black adidas superstars) and we left and started walking down the road towards papa johns.
