She was with her partner, which was good because that was a warning that she was off limits. It was a social event and they were being introduced around. A number of men were there.
I am a people watcher and it was evident that they were creating quite a stir. There were other celebs present too but the buzz was around the two of them.
The men's reactions were the most interesting for me. When she was being introduced to them, after her initial smiling "Hello po.", you can see that they were startled or stunned.
I can understand their reactions though. When it was my turn to meet her, i was struck by her face. The structure itself, especially her famous jaw, was so different and unusual. And then you notice her smooth smooth skin next. Her straight nose. And then her skin color, like warmed coffee milk. Unforgettable. Beauty.
And then her body... curves galore. Legs for days.
After introductions, the men would drift away but they would take another curious look at her. And then from where they stood, they would look again but longer this time and study her, really intrigued.
She wasn't even sending out overt sexual signals but she was the most interesting female in the room. Some were bold enough to go near her. You see, she wasn't coming off as some beautiful unattainable ice queen star.
Instead, she was giving off a lovely warm sensual female glow that was so very appealing. Add this to her sweet smile which seems to say that yes, she's approachable and no, she won't bite your head off if you get near. And so they try.
And then she laughed. It was loud and it rang out. Everything stilled for a split second. And i swear every male head was riveted. Her laugh was guttural, carefree, raw, uncompromising, vibrant, real, inviting and SEXUAL. they say that you can tell how a woman is in bed by how she laughs. After that laugh, you could tell that the curiosity and interest in her intensified.
And of course, lastly, and what proves to be her most lustful quality, is that she's unaware of it all; Leaving the place with him because she was getting sleepy.

"Idiot. You are acting like a moron..."
I heard him insult me from the other side of the room.
I was again at my laptop, staring intently at it like a crazed, hungry animal, grinning and laughing one minute then moaning the next. Lately, it seemed like this was the only thing that I wanted to do.
"Ano na naman ba yan? Papa-confine na ba kita?"
I faced this man-child and decided that it was payback time for all those insults. "Hoy! Bago 'to."
"Ah.. New company? Fresh prospect? OK sige. Specs?" We were good friends but I did sort of work for him too.
"Uhhmm... name is OTWOL..."
"OTWOL? Bago nga. What line?"
"Uhmmm... they produce a whole lotta uuhhmmm OJDs... yeah..."
"OJDs? Hhmmm... That's new. Haven't seen that on the pipe though. Whose handle?"
"Uhmmm... JaDine... yeah... JaDine produces a whole lotta these awesome OJDs."
"Right. Ok. Local?"
"Uhmmm... I'm pretty sure they're gonna go global soon..."
"OK... So ano? Ya need help? Looks like you're struggling..."
He was being his usual kind self again, so I couldn't play him any longer.
"OK fine. I give up.
They reeled me in see? Unti-unti. I got hooked!"
"Ano?"
"Him! It's the way he looks at her, ya know? Like it's been sooo dry... and he hasn't had a drink for years!! And then suddenly... she's his water!!"
"What? You're going on like a lunatic!"
"And then there's her! At first, you'd think, hmmm... she's just ordinary. Then I got to watch her more and you get to see how different she is! Then I began rooting for her and suddenly, yikes! I became a fan!! Me!! Waaahhh!!"
"OK! You're scaring me! Fuck it! Dali! Ospital na!!" , threatening to throttle me.
"It's a soap!!" I said, putting up both hands in surrender. "A teleserye... On the Wings of Love, OTWOL nga! James and Nadine! I've been watching this soap and I got hooked."
It finally dawns on him and he is suddenly laughing his ass off. "Baliw! Soap? Ikaw? Hahahaha!!!"
We have known each other well and for a long time. And what he said was true, no one would have thought that I would be a teleserye fan, much less a junkie for Filipino actors! Ha!!!
I had to defend myself. "It's really good ha. Iba sya. They got it right this time. I'm telling you, this is gold. Teka, di ba hindi ka pa aalis? Lika, I'll show you."
"Tumigil ka nga! Ako!? I've got better things to do." Pouting like he used to when he was a kid. He also crossed his arms for better measure, showing me that he won't budge.
"No. No. Come here! Look at this." I practically shove the lappie to his face.
We were old friends you see. I was a lot older and he sorta loved me like an ate and I sorta cared for him like a little bro. A lot. I loved this kid.
So he grudgingly looked at the screen and began to watch.
