Chapter 3

   Stephanie's p.o.v

   Luke did exactly what he said he would. He came back over. "So what do want to do today?" Luke asked sitting down.

"I don't know." I shrugged setting my phone down.

"Fishing?" Luke asked looking at me.

"Yes!!" I said jumping up and putting on my boots.

"Okay." Luke smiled standing up.

"To Muckalee Creek!" I said pointing out the door. Luke shook his head at me and opened the door.

"Let's go." Luke said taking off.

"I caught more then you!" I said sticking my tongue out at Luke.

"Luck. That's what you have." Luke said packing up the stuff.

"Don't matter what it was I still caught more fish." I smiled carrying some stuff back to the truck.

"Whatever." Luke sighed. I laid down in the grass and looked at the clouds.

"Me and some of my buddies are having a bonfire tonight. Want to come?" Luke asked laying next to me.

"Sure. Sounds fun." I smiled.

"Okay. I will pick you up at 6:30." Luke said sitting up.

"Sounds good to me." I shrugged. I pulled up a handful of grass and threw it at Luke.

"What the?" Luke asked sitting out spitting out the grass that got in his mouth. He grabbed a handful of leaves and threw them at me. We were having a grass/leaf fight. I got up and ran from him laughing. He started chasing me. I grab some mud from down by the creek.

"Watch out there cowboy." I threatened.

"Why?" He asked getting closer. I rub mud on his cheek.

"That's why." I laughed running away.

"Come back." He yelled grabbing mud himself.

"Never!" I yelled running around the truck. I carefully walked around the truck. Luke snuck up behind me and got mud all over my cheek.

"Hey!" I yelled turning around.

  "You started it." He smirked.

"Oh so we are 5 now." I laughed. He stuck his tongue out at me and I did the same. I wiped some mud off my face.

"Now what?" I asked leaning against his truck.

"Lunch?" He asked throwing out a suggestion.

"Sure why not?" I asked grabbing my phone to check the time.

"Holy crap! It's already 4:00!" I said shocked.

"Wow." Luke said unlocking the truck.

"Let's go." We both said at the same time. We looked at each other and bursted out laughing. It is always funny when you and someone else say the exact same thing at the same time.

"I'm hungry." I whined as we pulled into a nearby restaurant.

"Well we are here." Luke smirked turning off the engine.

"I said I'm hungry not blind." I sassed back opening the door. Luke shook his head an opened the door for me.

"Why thank you kind sir." I said in a British accent.

"You're welcome m'lady." He smiled in a British accent as well. I started laughing causing Luke to laugh to. A lady led us to our table. She looked at us confused which made us laugh harder.
