Chapter 6

Gabbie's p.o.v:

I walked into the trees, hearing Edward following me. I leaned against the big pine tree.

"What's up?" I look at the ground asking him, looking at him from beneath my lashes. I felt guilty for doing that to Edward.

"You know what." He said sternly.

I frowned and looked at the ground completely, hiding my face behind my hair.

"And that would be..." I trailed off.

"Gabbie..look at me" He says pleading.

I look up at him and got lost in his eyes, golden honey colored. I could stare at him all day.

"You dazzled me" He says looking me in the eye, I felt selfish. Why would I do that? Oh yeah, jealously.

"I'm sorry" I whisper, biting my lip.

He sighed and asked, "But why?"

"I don't know...." I whispered looking back down.

"Gabbie..do you think I don't love you? I love you with all my heart! You are my baby sister!" He says softly, smiling.

But I don't want to be his sister! I wanna be his soul mate, his wife, the mother of his children..Yeah I am 14 but I have those feelings.

"Yeah..I am sorry" I lied, smiling.

He walks up to me and hugs me tightly. I breath in his scent, making it last. I rest my head against his chest sighing gently.

He lets go and whispers, "We should be getting home"

It was getting dark and I would probably end up lost. I nodded and started to walk towards the house.

"Gabbie? You are not running...Jump on my back" He orders.

I roll my eyes and jump on his back, like a spider monkey.

He chuckles as I grip hard onto his neck, "I won't drop you" He promised.

I nodded and put my head against his neck as he ran. I was intoxicated by his fragrance, sweet, sugary smell.

Next thing he stopped. I quickly got off his back. I walked inside with Edward on my tail.

Aubrey looked up at me with hopeful eyes, I shook my head knowing what she meant.

"I better be getting home..I'll text you" Aubrey said walking towards the door. I nodded and started upstairs mumbling "GoodNight"

I heard a couple 'goodnights' but I was was waiting for a certain voice.

"I'll be up in a few minutes" I heard Edward's voice chime.

I nodded and walked to Sammie's room.

I walked in and saw her on her laptop, she didn't even notice me. I sighed and sat on the edge of the bed and laid my head against her shoulder, tears falling freely.

"What's wrong?" She holds me tightly.

"Y-you kk-knoww wh-att" I stuttered out.

"It'll be fine Gabbie..I promise"

She picked me up like a baby and carried me to my room. She laid me down and said

"It is time for bed..go to bed or do I need to get Josh?"

I shook my head no, you see Josh has the power to control your dreams or nightmares...he can make whatever he wants happen.

She kissed my cheek and whispered
