This is another one of my OCs and also in my wip manga. Designing her outfit took a few days. But it turned out fine. I'll show you the process of this drawing in a moment!
What I wanted to do at first was make her look like a water mutant. Ya know, with big fish eyes. But I later rejected that idea, ahah. Her pupils are all black though.😐

This is actually the first time I've drawn water and color it, I think it turned out fine^^
