Hi, I'm Beth.

Chapter 1

I'm on my way to school, as usual with Lily and Ariana. Both of them were my bestfriends since

we were in elementary school. I wore my favourite outfit that matched my floral backpack that I got for my 14th birthday for school this year.

I wore my floral sleeveless tank top with my skater skirt and my light pink converse sneakers. Was I fashionable?

I don't really know. Just hope so. I walked with Lily and Ari and both of them were pretty fashionable too.

We went to english class and when Miss Potts teached the class with the whiteboard and the letters, the words were a total blur. I didn't understand a thing.

After school, I went home with Lily and Ari. They wanted to study at my place. They had never been in my room before. They have only been in my house while waiting for me to go to school.

When we got to my home, we placed our bags at my bag rack in my room.

"Woah, cool Beth! I love that hangout in the corner of your room! There's a chair and everything!" Lily told me.

"I really love your polkadot dress at your clothes rack and your floral wallapaper! I also love your pink polkadot heels that you placed at the hangout corner and- O-M-G LIQOURICE!!! Can I have one?!" Ari shouted.

"Thanks guys. Yes, Ari, you may have one."

All of us ate the liqourice and it was delicious. We ate until the whole jar was empty.

"Mom! Help me buy a jar of liqourice when you're going grocery shopping later on!"

"Okay! I'm going now!"

"Okay guys. Let's start."

I took all my revision books and placed in on my floor. We studied. After a few minutes, my dyslexia was kicking in. The words were jumbled up. I couldn't focus. I looked around. I see words on the walls, on the floor, everywhere.

I was confused. I didn't know what to do.

"Beth! Beth?! Stay with me, baby. Wake up-"

I blacked out.
