I finally reached the top of the hill, I reached to my back and pulled out my Mace. Undead were lining the path to New Tristam. I pulled out my Mace, Span it round, And Charged! I ploughed straight through them. I had my shield in front of me, And My mace at my side. The glory of the Gods had allowed me to destroy them with my shield. My shield was covered with Green Blood.
"Whatever Lies between me and the Fallen Star will perish in hell, May their souls be tormented for eternity."I Whispered.
I swung my mace straight forward, Knocking the Undead's Head off. It came to my boot, As I kicked it at another one. It punctured his Chest, Leaving a great Gaping hole. I still ran forward. The hordes were thinning down now. I could see a Wooden gate with Soldiers using Swords and Daggers, Guarding it. They looked petrified! I Had to kill a few more before reaching the gate.
"Who are you, And why are you here?"Asked a Large, Tall man in Chainmail.
"I am Sigmar, Loyal Crusader of The Zakarum Faith. I have come here to investigate the fallen star."
"I have never heard of the Crusaders, I've heard of the Paladins though, Oh I am Captain Rumford of The Tristam Guards"
"A pleasure to meet you."
"You should go to the Slaughtered calf inn to talk to Leah Cain, She knows quite a lot about the undead and the Cathedral."
"ok Thanks."
"Guards! Open Up The Gates!"
The Wooden Gates Creaked open. The Village looked rough, They were burning the bodies of Undead to make sure they would not rise again. I needed to find the Slaughtered Calf Inn. The houses were lit up with Dim candles, And there was a glowing round portal-looking shape in the middle. The people looked out of their windows, I wish I could have been wearing glorious armour instead of Chainmail, A White and Gold Chestplate and Silver Leggings. I took my time to look round the Village. As I had a feeling that I might be staying here for a while. I approached a Blacksmith, His weapons looked decent, And he could have known my Father.
"Hello Blacksmith!"
"Sorry, I don't really know you. Who are you?"
"I am Sigmar, Crusader of The Zakarum Faith."
"I don't know what that means, But you'll be needing weapons. My name is Haedrig Eamon, Good to meet you."
I looked along the shelves, There was Axes, Swords, Spears, Halberds, Daggers, Arrows, Shields and Maces. Though one that rather caught my eye was a rather large sword, It glowed in a red kind of glow, A Fiery Glow.
"What about that Greatsword?"
"Ah, Yes The Greatsword of Artorias! Artorias was my Great Grandfather. He was A Paladin! What a coincidence!"
"Yes Rather, But how much will it cost?"
"3421 Gold Coins"
Damn, I'll Have To Save Up.I Decided it was time to go to the Inn. It was a cosy place. With a sense of warmth in the air. There was a young girl sitting at the bar. She had a Small glass of Cider in her hand. That must be Leah.
"Are you Leah?"
"Yeah. Who are you?"
"No Time To Explain"
"No Time To Explain? That s a Funny Name!"
"For Gods Sake! Are you Leah!"
"Yes"
All of a sudden there was a loud shout, And then a scream.......
