Powers~ Depending on who she is she can either feels others emotions(earth) or she can force someone to feel as she does(water). Depending on whether she is Storm or Maelstrom she looks different.
Background/personality~ Storm was just a wise adviser up to her first cycle when she found she was having black outs and strange dreams that gradually got more vivid. After a while she realized that at random moments she would become Maelstorm, and only after several days could she control the alter ego enough to at least see what was going on.. She now lives a secret double live, trying to keep her other persona hidden while it constantly tries to take control and run her life.
Storm is a gentle, sensitive cat whom enjoys learning about how things and other cats work. She uses her wisdom and knowledge to make a more passive adviser.
Maelstrom is a fiercer version of Storm. She has a similar intelligence as Storm, but without the insight. She instead uses her power to inflict emotion to manipulate those around her, to a strict limit of course. she is an impulsive, and at times seductive cat, when Storm would be hesitant. At times the others personality can influence there own. If she gets into stressful situations there is more of a risk of Maelstrom getting out
